泊ふ頭地下駐車場は、那覇市前島の泊港にある60台の時間貸し駐車場です。とまりんと泊高橋交番の間に入口があり、24時間いつでも入出庫できます。離島への船旅に使える長時間料金があり、5日以上の駐車には専用用紙の提出が必要です。

とまりん隣の地下駐車場

泊ふ頭地下駐車場は、とまり緑地・旅客ターミナル2階デッキとともに那覇港の港湾施設を構成します。駐車場管理者は那覇港管理組合、指定管理者は沖縄ダイケンです。

入口スロープはとまりんと泊高橋交番の間です。南の空港方面からは国道58号を北上し、北の浦添方面からは泊ふ頭入口交差点でUターンする進入経路が案内されています。

時間料金と30時間までの区分

最初の1時間は240円、その後は1時間ごと120円です。2026年4月以降の料金で、例えば2時間までは360円、3時間までは480円、5時間までは720円となります。

23時間を超えて30時間までは3,000円です。入庫からの経過時間による料金区分で、日付が変わるたびに同じ日額へ切り替わる方式ではありません。

離島に滞在する長時間利用

30時間超～40時間は3,500円、40時間超～50時間は4,000円、50時間超～60時間は4,500円、60時間超～70時間は5,000円です。40時間を超えた後は10時間までごとに500円が加算されます。

5日以上の駐車は、出口付近の事務所前にある専用用紙へ必要事項を記入して提出します。通常の1回の利用期間は、入場日から起算して7日目の24時までです。

車体寸法と駐車できる車種

普通・小型・軽自動車が対象で、長さ5.0m、幅2.0m、高さ2.3m、重量2.0tを超えない車両に限られます。ルーフキャリアなどの取付物や積載物も寸法・重量に含まれます。

オートバイは機械が対応していないため駐車できません。地上の交番前にある障がい者用スペースは地下60台とは別の利用条件で、歩行が困難な方などが自ら運転する車の短時間駐車用です。

精算方法と割引の扱い

出庫前に階段付近の事前精算機で支払います。現行案内の決済方法は日本円の現金、クレジットカード、一部のキャッシュレス決済です。

船舶利用による駐車割引はありません。障がい者など特定の利用者向け割引も、地下の自動精算では対応していません。長時間料金は、これらとは別の経過時間による料金区分です。

予約なしで使う港の60台

営業と入出庫は24時間ですが、駐車枠の予約は受け付けていません。月極契約も行っておらず、時間貸しとして利用します。

管理窓口の受付は火曜・金曜を除く10～17時です。駐車規程では車内での宿泊や睡眠は禁止されており、長期駐車は車を置いて出かける利用になります。

Tomari Wharf Underground Parking is a 60-space hourly car park at Tomari Port in Maejima, Naha. Its entrance is between Tomarin and the Tomari Takahashi police box, with vehicle access at any hour. Longer-stay rates support island trips; a dedicated form is required for stays of five days or more.

Underground parking beside Tomarin

The car park forms part of Naha Port’s facilities together with Tomari Green Space and the passenger terminal’s second-floor deck. Naha Port Authority is the parking administrator, with Okinawa Daiken as designated manager.

The entrance ramp is between Tomarin and the police box. The published approach follows Route 58 northbound from the airport side; traffic arriving from Urasoe to the north is directed to make a U-turn at Tomari Wharf Entrance junction.

Hourly charges and the first 30 hours

The first hour costs ¥240, followed by ¥120 for each additional hour. These are the rates from April 2026: up to two hours costs ¥360, three hours ¥480 and five hours ¥720.

A stay over 23 and up to 30 hours costs ¥3,000. The bands follow elapsed time from entry rather than resetting to an identical daily rate at midnight.

Longer parking during island stays

Over 30–40 hours costs ¥3,500, over 40–50 hours ¥4,000, over 50–60 hours ¥4,500 and over 60–70 hours ¥5,000. After 40 hours, ¥500 is added for each further period of up to 10 hours.

For five days or more, complete and submit the dedicated form placed in front of the office near the exit. A single stay normally runs no later than midnight at the end of the seventh day counted from the entry date.

Vehicle dimensions and eligible vehicles

The car park accepts ordinary, compact and kei cars no larger than 5.0 m long, 2.0 m wide or 2.3 m high and no heavier than 2.0 t. Roof carriers, other fittings and loads are included in these limits.

Motorcycles cannot park because the equipment does not support them. The accessible spaces at street level in front of the police box follow separate rules from the 60 underground spaces: they are for short stays by drivers who have difficulty walking or meet similar conditions.

Payment and discount conditions

Pay before exit at a prepayment machine near the stairs. The current payment guide accepts Japanese-yen cash, credit cards and some cashless methods.

There is no parking discount for ferry passengers, and the underground automated payment system does not offer discounts for specific user groups such as disabled visitors. The longer-stay bands are based on elapsed time and are separate from such concessions.

A 60-space port car park without reservations

Operation and vehicle access are available 24 hours, but spaces cannot be reserved. Monthly contracts are also unavailable; this is hourly parking.

The contact desk is available 10:00–17:00 except Tuesdays and Fridays. The rules prohibit sleeping or staying overnight inside a vehicle; extended parking is for leaving the car while travelling elsewhere.
