国際通りの文化施設の地下へ

所在地は牧志3丁目2番10号で、駐車場はてんぶす那覇の地下1階です。最寄りのゆいレール駅は牧志駅で、公演や工芸体験、国際通り周辺の買物に組み合わせられます。

収容は81台、24時間営業です。地上の施設はショッピングエリアやホールなどを備え、1階にはローソンもあります。

20分料金と繰り返す6時間上限

通常料金は20分100円、入庫後6時間の最大料金は1,000円です。公式FAQは、6時間以降も最大料金を繰り返すと案内しています。

22時～翌8時には夜間最大800円が設定されています。夜間の時間帯上限と入庫後6時間の上限は、適用する時間枠が異なります。

対象店舗の1時間割引

ドン・キホーテ国際通り店で3,000円以上購入した利用者には、この地下駐車場の1時間割引があります。対象は同店の買物で、国際通りの全店舗共通のサービスではありません。

表参道スキンクリニック沖縄院も提携先で、1時間割引が案内されています。買物の割引とは利用先が異なる提携サービスです。

ホテル宿泊客の提携駐車先

ホテルパームロイヤルは、宿泊客向けの提携先として駐車場案内に掲載されています。地下駐車場そのものは24時間の時間貸し施設です。

駐車場の管理運営は有限会社沖縄ゼネラルです。駐車場直通番号は098-951-0363で、施設の公演・体験窓口とは分かれています。

館内の時間と駐車場の24時間営業

館内の通常開館は火～日曜9～22時、祝日を除く月曜9～18時です。第2・第4月曜は休館で、休日の場合は翌平日、年末年始も休館とされています。

これらは館内施設の案内で、地下駐車場には別に24時間営業が示されています。公演や体験の終了時刻と駐車場の営業時間は異なります。

工芸体験の予約受付と駐車利用

2026年10月20日付で、伝統工芸体験の予約システムがエラーのため一時停止と告知されています。すでに予約済みの利用は問題ないとされ、新規予約の問い合わせは施設の電話またはメールで受け付けています。

Beneath a Kokusai-dori cultural complex

The address is 3-2-10 Makishi, and the car park is on basement 1 of Tenbusu Naha. Makishi is the nearest Yui Rail station; parking can be combined with performances, craft experiences or shopping around Kokusai-dori.

Capacity is 81 vehicles and operation is 24 hours. The building above includes shopping areas and a hall, with a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor.

Twenty-minute charges and a repeating six-hour cap

The ordinary charge is ¥100 per 20 minutes, capped at ¥1,000 for six hours after entry. The official FAQ states that the cap repeats after six hours.

A night cap of ¥800 applies during 22:00–08:00. This fixed night window differs from the six-hour cap measured from the time of entry.

One-hour discounts at participating businesses

Purchases of at least ¥3,000 at Don Quijote Kokusai-dori qualify for a one-hour discount at this underground car park. This is a benefit for that store, rather than a scheme covering every Kokusai-dori business.

Omotesando Skin Clinic’s Okinawa branch is also a partner and lists a one-hour discount. This is a separate partner arrangement tied to using the clinic.

A partner car park for hotel guests

Hotel Palm Royal is listed as a partner using the car park for its guests. The underground facility itself operates as 24-hour hourly parking.

The parking operator is Okinawa General Ltd. Its direct number is 098-951-0363, separate from the complex’s performance and activity desk.

Building hours and 24-hour parking

The complex normally opens 09:00–22:00 Tuesday–Sunday and 09:00–18:00 on Mondays other than public holidays. It closes on the second and fourth Mondays, or the following weekday when that day is a holiday, and over the New Year period.

Those hours apply to the building’s facilities; the underground car park is separately listed as operating 24 hours. Performance and activity finishing times therefore differ from parking hours.

Craft booking arrangements and parking

A notice dated October 20, 2026 says the traditional-craft booking system is temporarily suspended due to an error. Existing bookings remain valid; new booking enquiries are handled by the facility by telephone or email.
