牛肉の種類と調理法で献立を選ぶ

すき焼、しゃぶしゃぶ、炭火あみ焼の献立に加え、鉄板焼では松阪牛や黒毛和牛のコースがあります。昼の膳料理と夜のコースは構成が異なり、同じ牛肉でも料理の種類によって提供方法と料金が変わります。鉄板焼を選ぶ場合は、通常の日本料理とはサービス料の率も異なります。

平日昼の膳と別途サービス料

平日限定の18菜味わい旬ランチは4,180円税込で、すき焼は付きません。黒毛和牛18菜のすき焼膳は4,950円、松阪牛18菜のすき焼膳は6,050円税込で、すき焼又はしゃぶしゃぶを選べます。別の平日昼膳では黒毛和牛柿安御膳4,730円、松阪牛柿安御膳6,050円税込。表示価格には別途15％のサービス料が加わり、鉄板焼は20％です。季節により料理や器が変わります。

22時までの営業と予約取消料

営業時間は11時30分～22時、最終入店20時で、定休日はありません。WEB予約又は電話で席を手配でき、電話受付は11時30分～21時です。取消料は前日が料理代金の50％、当日100％。平日限定の昼膳や予約を要する献立は、日付と料理を合わせて選べます。昼の懐石は前日までの予約が必要です。

江戸町の料亭本店と桑名駅からの移動

所在地は江戸町36、電話0594-22-5555です。JR・近鉄桑名駅から車で約6分の案内です。柿安吉之丸本店や商業施設内の系列店も桑名市にありますが、この店の予約先は江戸町の料亭本店です。昼膳か夜のコースかを決めてから、城下町や川沿いを歩く時間と組み合わせられます。

桑名市の観光・食事と滞在を組み合わせる

昼膳と城跡の散策、駅近くでの宿泊を組み合わせられます。夜の予約に公園Pを使う日は18時又は17時の閉門が先に来るため、日中の駐車と夕食後の帰着を分けて計画できます。

Kakiyasu Ryotei Honten serves Matsusaka and Japanese Black beef as sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, charcoal-grilled dishes and teppanyaki. Choices range from lunch sets to kaiseki and teppanyaki courses, varying by beef and cooking style. This dining venue in Edomachi is separate from the Yoshinomaru meat and shigure retail shop.

Choose the beef and cooking style

Sukiyaki, shabu-shabu and charcoal-grilled menus are complemented by Matsusaka and Japanese Black beef teppanyaki courses. Lunch sets and evening courses have different structures, and preparation and price vary with the dish. Teppanyaki also has a different service-charge rate from the regular Japanese dining menu.

Weekday lunch sets and added service charges

The weekday eighteen-dish seasonal lunch costs ¥4,180 including tax and excludes sukiyaki. Eighteen-dish beef sets cost ¥4,950 for Japanese Black or ¥6,050 for Matsusaka, choosing sukiyaki or shabu-shabu. Other weekday Kakiyasu sets cost ¥4,730 for Japanese Black or ¥6,050 for Matsusaka, including tax. A further 15% service charge applies; teppanyaki carries 20%. Seasonal dishes and tableware vary.

Opening until 22:00 and reservation cancellation

The restaurant opens 11:30–22:00, with final entry at 20:00 and no regular closing day. Reserve online or by telephone, with phone reception 11:30–21:00. Cancellation incurs 50% of the meal charge the previous day or 100% on the day. Match the booking date to weekday-only lunch sets and advance-order dishes. Lunch kaiseki requires reservation by the previous day.

The Edomachi ryotei and travel from Kuwana Station

The address is 36 Edomachi, telephone 0594-22-5555, with guidance of about six minutes by car from JR/Kintetsu Kuwana Station. Kakiyasu also operates a Yoshinomaru retail shop and shopping-centre branches in Kuwana; this reservation is for the Edomachi ryotei. Choose lunch or dinner first, then fit in a town or riverside walk.

Combine Kuwana visits, dining and a stay

Combine lunch sets with the castle-site walk and a station-area stay. Park-lot closing at 18:00 or 17:00 may precede an evening reservation, so plan daytime parking separately from the return after dinner.
