Overlooking Amagase Strait, this coastal hotel offers sea views from rooms, outdoor hot-spring baths and dining spaces. It suits driving trips around Tsunoshima as well as arrivals by a reserved station shuttle.

海を眺める部屋と食事

客室はすべて海を望むタイプで、和室や洋室、露天風呂付きの客室などから選べます。客室はバリアフリー仕様ではありません。夕食と朝食はビュッフェを組み合わせるプランがあり、海辺の景色と食事を一緒に楽しめます。チェックイン15時、アウト10時。夕食付きで17時30分を過ぎて到着する場合は連絡が必要です。2027年1月18～22日は全館休館予定です。浴場は1月18日9時30分まで、以後は日帰りを含め1月23日13時まで利用できないと案内されています。館内の飲食や部屋の設備はプランとタイプで分かれるため、人数と食事の有無を合わせて予約できます。

温泉の時間と団体貸切

宿泊者の大浴場・露天風呂は15～24時と5時30分～9時30分で、朝夕に男女を入れ替えます。11月11日20時20分～20時50分、12日19時30分～20時、17・18日20～21時、12月8日19時30分～21時に貸切予定があります。入れ墨・タトゥーシールでの入浴と浴場・更衣室の撮影は不可、おむつの取れていない子どもは貸出ベビーバスを使います。

屋上工事と日帰り入浴

屋上修繕は10月7日付の公式案内で2026年10月末頃までの予定とされていました。11月3日の確認時もこの案内が掲載されていますが、工事の完了・延長は確認できないため、最新の作業状況をホテルへお問い合わせください。日帰り温泉は公式ページで月～土13～19時、日祝12～19時と案内されています。日帰り利用も臨時変更や貸切があるため、当日の受付をホテルへ確認してください。大人1,000円・4歳～小学生500円で税込、支払いは現金のみ。バスタオル400円、フェイスタオル100円は販売です。

駅送迎と国道191号の冬季工事

無料駐車約100台は先着順。新下関駅東口13時発・ホテル14時20分着、帰りは10時発・駅11時30分着の無料送迎は宿泊3日前までに予約します。帰りの唐戸市場送りは希望制と案内されています。利用日は事前にホテルへ確認してください。阿川駅の迎えは12時以降夕方までの到着時刻を事前連絡して利用します。11月24日～2027年3月12日は国道191号の神田上・矢玉漁港付近に通行止め予定があり、県道39号などの迂回で移動時間が増えます。

下関市内で組み合わせる訪問先

下関市は唐戸や駅周辺の市街地から、長府、川棚、菊川、豊田、豊北へ広がります。地域間の移動時間を確保し、食事の営業日、宿の到着締切、施設の休館日を合わせて訪問先を選べます。駐車場は立ち寄る地域や施設の利用条件に応じて組み合わせます。

Sea-view accommodation and dining

All rooms face the sea, with Japanese, Western and open-air-bath categories. Rooms are not barrier-free. Plans can combine buffet dinner and breakfast with coastal views. Check in from 15:00 and leave by 10:00; guests with dinner should notify arrival after 17:30. The entire hotel is scheduled to close January 18–22, 2027. Baths remain usable until 09:30 on January 18, then are unavailable, including for day visits, until 13:00 on January 23. Match party size and meal arrangements to the chosen room and plan, since facilities and dining inclusions vary.

Bath hours and group reservations

Guest bathing runs 15:00–24:00 and 5:30–9:30, with the men’s and women’s facilities switching between sessions. Planned interruptions are November 11, 20:20–20:50; November 12, 19:30–20:00; November 17–18, 20:00–21:00; and December 8, 19:30–21:00. Tattoos and tattoo stickers are not permitted, nor is photography in bathing or changing areas. Children still in diapers use loan baby baths.

Roof work and day bathing

The October 7 official notice scheduled roof repairs through around the end of October 2026. The same notice was still displayed when checked November 3, but completion or an extension could not be confirmed; ask the hotel about current work. The current official spa page lists day bathing 13:00–19:00 Monday–Saturday and 12:00–19:00 Sundays and holidays. Check same-day reception with the hotel because temporary changes and group reservations can affect day visits. It costs ¥1,000 for adults or ¥500 from age four through elementary school, tax included and cash only. Bath towels are sold for ¥400 and face towels for ¥100.

Transfers and winter work on Route 191

About one hundred free parking spaces are first come. The reserved free shuttle leaves Shin-Shimonoseki East Exit at 13:00, arriving 14:20; return is 10:00–11:30, booked three days before the stay. The operator advertises an optional return extension to Karato Market; confirm availability for your date with the hotel. Arrange Agawa Station pickup in advance for an arrival from noon through the afternoon. Route 191 near Kanda-kami and Yadama fishing port has a planned closure November 24, 2026–March 12, 2027, requiring extra time for the detour via roads including Prefectural Route 39.

Other stops to combine within Shimonoseki

Shimonoseki extends from the station and Karato waterfront to Chofu, Kawatana, Kikugawa, Toyota and Hohoku. Allow travel time between districts and coordinate restaurant opening, accommodation arrival deadlines and attraction closures. Choose parking according to the district visited and each facility’s conditions.
