本館と20室のアネックス
本館はシングル14平方メートル、ツイン28平方メートルなどの客室で、サウナスイートを含め57室です。別館アネックスは本館ロビー西側出口から約20mにあり、34平方メートルのツイン、ダブル、4名用を合わせて20室。全室にミニキッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機を備えています。1～2泊の市内観光と、自分で洗濯や簡単な調理をする長めの滞在では、建物ごとの違いが選ぶ目安になります。
一室限定のプライベートサウナ
56平方メートルのサウナスイートは1室限定・定員2名です。客室内にサウナ、温度を調整できる水風呂、セルフロウリュ、オーバーヘッドシャワーを備え、ハットやポンチョも用意しています。宿泊のほか13～21時の日帰り利用の設定もあります。サウナはこのスイートの専用設備で、通常の客室の宿泊者が使う共用設備ではありません。ホテルには大浴場、共用サウナ、温泉がなく、部屋選びによって利用できる浴室設備が変わります。

The main building and twenty-room annex
The main building has fifty-seven rooms, including fourteen-square-metre singles, twenty-eight-square-metre twins and the sauna suite. About twenty metres from the lobby's west exit, the annex contains twenty thirty-four-square-metre twin, double and four-person rooms. All annex rooms include a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. The distinction supports either a short sightseeing stay or a longer visit involving laundry and simple food preparation.
The single private-sauna suite
The fifty-six-square-metre sauna suite is a single room category accommodating two people. It includes a private sauna, temperature-adjustable cold bath, self-löyly facilities, overhead shower, sauna hats and ponchos. Day use is also offered 13:00–21:00. These facilities belong exclusively to the suite; occupants of ordinary rooms do not gain access to a shared sauna. The hotel has no communal bath, shared sauna or hot spring.
Breakfast and everyday facilities
Breakfast runs 7:00–9:30 in the main-building lobby, last entry 9:00. The ¥1,000 tax-inclusive self-service meal includes grilled fish, Japanese side dishes, egg, curry and drip coffee. Listed plan examples start at ¥7,200 per person including tax without meals, or ¥8,200 with breakfast. Facilities include Wi-Fi, free coffee, an amenity selection and one coin-laundry machine in the main building; annex guests have washing machines in their rooms.

The south exit of Ota Station is five minutes away on foot. Check-in is 16:00–24:00, check-out 10:00, with a twenty-four-hour front desk. The forty-five-space Parkrepo partner lot west of City Hall charges up to ¥500 per twenty-four hours. The official website currently displays the regular contact number 0276-49-2111. Its October 13 temporary-number notice is no longer visible on the current page; if the line does not connect, check the latest official contact guidance or online booking. Bookings made before the August 3 system change remain valid, with management instructions differing according to the original booking route.
