15時からのチェックインと客室設備

朝食は6時30分から、客室内でも利用
無料朝食はビュッフェ形式で6時30分～9時です。宿泊者向けのサービスで、添い寝の子どもも追加料金なしで朝食を食べられます。朝食は会場で食べるほか、客室へ持ち帰って食べることもできますが、ホテル外への持ち出しはできません。早朝に出発して朝食を食べない場合も、その分の宿泊料金の値引きはありません。列車の時刻と朝食開始を合わせると、食事を取ってから駅へ向かう朝の流れを決められます。

小学生以下が大人と同じベッドを使う添い寝は、1ベッドにつき子ども1人まで無料です。子どもが別のベッドを使う場合や、13歳以上の添い寝は通常料金になります。大人1人と子ども1人でツインを使う場合も、通常のツイン料金です。添い寝の子ども用にアメニティ、タオル、枕などが追加されない場合があり、エキストラベッドはありません。家族の人数だけでなく、使うベッドの数を決めて客室を選ぶと、料金条件に沿って予約できます。

上日置町4790-1、新八代駅東口から徒歩1分、八代ICから車約5分です。平面駐車場は80台・無料・先着順で、車幅2.1メートル、高さ2.4メートルまでとなっています。大きな車は幅と高さの両方を合わせ、駅前の市営駐車場とは別のホテル駐車場へ入ります。朝食後の徒歩移動で列車に乗る旅と、車で市内の温泉や山間部へ向かう旅で使い分けられます。中心部への移動を加える場合は、駅前宿泊と街なかで過ごす時間を分けて計画できます。

Toyoko Inn Shin-yatsushiro Ekimae is about one minute on foot from the station’s Shinkansen-side east exit. It suits arrivals by train and stays arranged around an early departure. Complimentary breakfast and surface parking provide a station-based option separate from the Honmachi city-centre district.

Check-in from 15:00 and room facilities
Check-in begins at 15:00 for both members and ordinary guests, with checkout at 10:00. Facilities include Wi-Fi, unit bathrooms, nightwear and self-check-in kiosks. The location provides a convenient base for resting between journeys and preparing for the following morning. This is the east side of Shin-Yatsushiro, the Shinkansen station, rather than Yatsushiro Station. A Heartful Room B accessible-room category is also provided.
Breakfast from 06:30, with an in-room option
The complimentary buffet operates 06:30–09:00 for hotel guests. Bed-sharing children may also eat without an additional breakfast charge. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining area or taken to the room, but food must not be carried outside the hotel. Skipping the complimentary service for an early departure does not reduce the room rate. Match the train’s departure with breakfast opening to decide whether there is time to eat before walking to the station.
One bed-sharing child per bed
An elementary-school-age or younger child sharing an adult’s bed stays free, limited to one child per bed. A separate bed, or a bed-sharing child aged thirteen or above, is charged at the standard rate. One adult and one child using a twin room also pay the normal twin-room rate. Extra amenities, towels and pillows may not be supplied for the child, and extra beds are unavailable. Choose the room according to the beds required as well as the party’s headcount.
Eighty free spaces and east-exit access
At 4790-1 Kamihioki-machi, the hotel is one minute from the east exit and around five minutes by car from Yatsushiro Interchange. Its eighty surface spaces are free and first come, accepting vehicles up to 2.1 metres wide and 2.4 metres high. Use the hotel’s own parking, separate from the municipal station car park. The location works for walking to a train after breakfast or driving towards the city’s baths and mountains. Allow separate travel time when adding an evening in the central district.
