新宿駅前で茶懐石を味わう

柿傳は季節の素材を使った茶懐石を、新宿駅中央東口に近い安与ビルで提供します。8階の椅子席では、先付や向付、煮物椀、焼き物、食事から抹茶までを組み合わせたコースを選べます。公式料金は「花」税・サービス料込み12,100円、「雪」同18,150円、「月」同24,200円です。月コースは事前予約のみです。

昼食・点心と抹茶

より短い昼食には、お楽しみランチが税・サービス料込み6,655円、向付・煮物椀付きの点心が同6,050円と案内されています。抹茶吉野スイセンは同1,815円。季節や仕入れによって献立の内容は変わります。料理の税抜表示にサービス料10％を加えた総額も公式メニューに併記されているので、予約時は総額を基準に選べます。

茶室の個室と事前予約

9階は茶室の個室で、「雪」「月」「雅」などの懐石を提供します。個室は4日前までの予約制で、料理代とは別に部屋代税込11,000円が必要です。茶室に机と椅子を設えた席も用意されています。8階と、茶室を含むほかの階では取消料が発生し始める時期が異なるため、予約時に対象階と条件を確認できます。

昼夜の入店時刻と日曜夜

昼の営業時間は11～16時ですが、料理のラストオーダーは平日14時、土日祝14時30分です。夜は17～22時、最終入店19時30分、ラストオーダー20時。日曜夜は事前予約した個室のみ営業です。翌月曜が祝日なら日曜夜は通常営業となり、祝日夜が個室予約のみになります。年末年始と夏期旧盆を除いて年中無休の案内です。

安与ビルのフロアとアクセス

所在地は新宿3-37-11、安与ビルの6～9階。JR新宿駅中央東口から徒歩約1分の案内です。店内には谷口吉郎設計の茶室があり、料理だけでなく茶の湯の空間も訪問の目的になります。ビル内には柿傳ギャラリーもあるため、展示の開催日と食事時間を合わせて新宿駅前で過ごすこともできます。

Tea kaiseki beside Shinjuku Station

Kakiden serves seasonal tea kaiseki in Yasuyo Building near Shinjuku Station Central East Exit. The eighth-floor chair-seating courses combine appetizers, sashimi, simmered soup, grilled dishes, a meal and matcha. Current listed totals including tax and service are ¥12,100 for Hana, ¥18,150 for Yuki and ¥24,200 for Tsuki. Tsuki requires advance booking.

Lunch, a lighter meal and matcha

The shorter O-tanoshimi lunch is listed at ¥6,655 including tax and service. A tenshin meal with sashimi and a simmered soup bowl is ¥6,050, while Yoshino Suisen matcha is ¥1,815. Course contents vary with season and supply. The operator also shows total prices alongside base prices plus its ten-percent service charge, making the inclusive total the useful figure when booking.

Private tea rooms and reservations

The ninth-floor tea rooms serve kaiseki courses including Yuki, Tsuki and Miyabi. Private rooms require booking at least four days ahead and add a separate ¥11,000 room charge including tax. Tables and chairs can also be arranged in a tea room. Cancellation deadlines differ between eighth-floor seating and the private-room floors; confirm the floor and conditions when reserving.

Lunch and dinner deadlines

Lunch opening hours are 11:00–16:00, but food last orders are 14:00 on weekdays or 14:30 on weekends and holidays. Dinner runs 17:00–22:00, with last entry at 19:30 and last orders at 20:00. Sunday dinner is available only in pre-booked private rooms. If Monday is a public holiday, Sunday evening runs normally and the holiday evening is private-room booking only. The operator lists daily opening except year-end/New Year and the summer Obon period.

Yasuyo Building and station access

The restaurant occupies floors 6–9 of Yasuyo Building at 3-37-11 Shinjuku, about a one-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station Central East Exit. Its tea-room interiors were designed by architect Yoshiro Taniguchi. Kakiden Gallery is also in the building, making it possible to pair a scheduled exhibition with a meal near the station.
