Underground passages and the free station shuttle

The operator lists about two minutes from Nishi-shinjuku Exit C8, three minutes from Tochomae Exit A7, and ten minutes from Shinjuku West Exit. The underground route passes through the Hiltopia shopping arcade towards the lobby. A free shuttle runs daily between Shinjuku Station and the hotel.
