うぶこっこ家は、玉島勇崎にあるたまご生産者の直営店です。卵を使う昼食と、プリンやシュークリーム、卵そのものの買物を一度に楽しめます。店舗の販売時間と食事の注文時間は別で、昼食は予約席を設けない方式です。玉島での立ち寄りを食事と土産の目的に合わせて組み立てられます。

生産者が作るたまごの店
運営するのだ初は養鶏と卵の商品づくりを手がけ、店では自社で育てた鶏の卵を使います。販売品は卵のほか、プリン、シュークリーム、エクレア、卵焼きなど。贈答用の商品や肉の加工品も扱います。生産者の卵を昼食で試し、気に入った食品を買って帰る利用ができます。
ぶったまごはんとオムライス
ぶったまごはんセットは、あっぱれたまごを使う卵かけご飯で385円税込です。卵とご飯を追加する替玉セットは110円税込。ふわふわオムライスや、若鶏と親鶏の両方を使う親子丼なども用意します。単純な卵かけご飯、加熱した卵の料理、鶏肉を合わせる料理から選べ、食べ方ごとに卵の味を楽しめます。
持ち帰れる料理と対象外の生卵
ランチの料理は持ち帰りにも対応し、電話予約を受け付けます。ただし、ぶったまごはんなど生卵を使う料理は対象外です。たまごソフトやミルクセーキ、持ち帰り専用のメニューもあります。持ち帰りの受付はランチと同じ11～15時、最終14時30分。店内で食べる卵かけご飯と、持ち帰る加熱料理や菓子を使い分けられます。
販売時間と昼食の締切
店は10～18時、ランチは11～15時、最終注文14時30分で、席の予約はできません。土日祝15～17時のカフェタイムは現在休止しています。定休日は設けず1月1～4日は休み。所在地は玉島勇崎544-1で、約38台の駐車場を備え、現金・クレジットカード・QRコード決済を利用できます。買物だけの夕方と、昼食を取る時間帯を分けて訪れられます。

An egg producer’s food shop
Operator Noda Hatsu raises chickens and develops egg products, using eggs from its own birds. Retail choices include eggs, puddings, cream puffs, eclairs and rolled omelette, alongside gift items and meat products. Try the producer’s eggs over lunch and choose foods to take home.
Buttamago rice and omelette rice
The ¥385 tax-inclusive Buttamago set is rice with raw Appare egg. An extra egg-and-rice portion costs ¥110 including tax. Other choices include fluffy omelette rice and oyakodon using both young and mature chicken. Choose raw egg over rice, cooked egg dishes or combinations with chicken.
Takeaway dishes and the raw-egg exclusion
Lunch dishes may be ordered for takeaway, including by phone, except raw-egg items such as Buttamago rice. Egg soft serve, milkshakes and takeaway-only items add other choices. Takeaway hours match lunch, 11:00–15:00 with last order 14:30. Eat raw-egg rice on site and choose suitable cooked dishes or sweets to take away.
