商家の梁と松の庭
建物は1744年に建てられた商家で、川沿いの風景を形作ります。52畳の大広間では江戸時代からの大きな梁を見られ、庭には年を重ねた松が立ちます。客室と広間、庭の位置を感じながら過ごすことで、外から眺める美観地区とは異なる建物の使われ方に触れられます。
庭に面した部屋と蔵の部屋
客室は1・2階にあり、すべて和室です。阿知は10畳と9畳を備える庭に面した部屋、吉備は8畳と2畳の構成です。鷲羽と遥照は蔵を利用し、それぞれ8畳と2畳を備えます。小さめの酒津などもあり、人数や空間の好みに応じて選べます。通常チェックイン15時、アウト10時で、町歩きの前後に館内で休めます。
会席の場所を選ぶ宿泊プラン
夕食は魚介など季節の素材を用いる会席料理を用意します。部屋食のプランと食事処を利用するプランがあり、鯛茶漬けを組み合わせる内容もあります。食事の場所を含めて選ぶと、客室中心の滞在か、食事処へ移動する滞在かを決められます。館内には男女別の浴場もあり、町から戻って入浴と食事を組み合わせられます。
共用駐車場と二〇二七年の料金変更
倉敷駅から徒歩約15分です。車は事前連絡のうえ、徒歩約5分の倉敷国際ホテル共用駐車場へ。40台先着で高さ2.1mまで、現行は13時～翌11時無料、時間外30分250円です。2027年3月1日からは1泊1,000円税込へ変更予定。川沿いの宿の玄関と車を置く場所が離れているため、荷物を持って歩く時間を含めて到着を組み立てられます。

Merchant-house beams and a pine garden
Built as a merchant house in 1744, the property forms part of the riverside streetscape. A fifty-two-mat hall displays substantial Edo-period beams, and an old pine stands in the garden. Staying among the rooms, hall and garden provides a sense of how the historic building is used from within.
Garden-facing rooms and converted storehouses
All rooms are Japanese-style, on the first and second floors. Garden-facing Achi combines ten- and nine-mat areas; Kibi has eight plus two. Washu and Yosho occupy former storehouses, each with eight- and two-mat areas. Smaller Sakazu offers another arrangement. Normal check-in is 15:00 and checkout 10:00.
Accommodation plans with different dining settings
Seasonal kaiseki uses ingredients such as seafood. Some plans serve dinner in the room and others in the restaurant; certain options include tai chazuke. Choose the dining setting alongside the room arrangement. Separate men’s and women’s baths provide another part of the stay after returning from town walks.
Shared parking and the 2027 change
Walk about fifteen minutes from Kurashiki Station. Drivers notify the ryokan in advance and use the shared Kokusai Hotel lot roughly five minutes away. Forty first-come spaces have a 2.1 m height limit. Parking is currently free 13:00–11:00, with ¥250 per thirty minutes outside that period; the nightly charge becomes ¥1,000 including tax from March 1, 2027. Allow for carrying luggage between lot and entrance.
