川のほとりの三棟と個人向け蕎麦処
三棟の木造平屋に蕎麦処、団体用レストラン、売店を配しています。個人向けの夢乃蕎麦は、国産のそばを石臼で挽いたそば粉を使う二八蕎麦。温かいそばと冷たいそば、丼ものを選べます。営業はモーニング9～10時30分、食事11～16時で、食事の注文は15時までです。
二八蕎麦と丼ものの料金
税込で、もりそば・かけそば各600円、きつねそば720円、かき揚げそば970円、海老天ぷらそば1,200円。丼ものには海老天丼1,100円やあなごめし400円、いなり寿司250円があります。蕎麦に小さなご飯ものを添えたり、丼を中心にしたりと、食事の量を組み合わせられます。
予約する団体の食事と土産売店
団体用のレストランは最大500名に対応し、予約制です。10～15時を基本に予約に応じて調整し、9～11月の季節御膳には夢前1,980円、書写2,480円、雪彦2,980円などがあります。売店は9～17時で、蒲鉾、播州の菓子、地元の酒や農産物、雑貨を扱います。
置本の所在地とバスでの到着
所在地は夢前町置本583。駐車場は普通車60台、大型バス13台です。路線バスは清水橋から徒歩約20分、土日祝のみ運行するヤマサ蒲鉾前から徒歩約5分の経路があります。1月1～3日は休業し、臨時休業もあります。個人向け蕎麦処と団体レストランは利用方式と時間が異なります。

Three riverside buildings and the soba shop
Three single-storey wooden buildings house the soba shop, group restaurant and retail area. The individual-diner shop uses stone-ground Japanese buckwheat flour for ni-hachi soba, with hot and cold noodles and rice bowls. Morning hours are 09:00–10:30 and meal service 11:00–16:00, with food orders by 15:00.
Soba and rice-bowl prices
Tax-included choices include mori or kake soba ¥600, kitsune ¥720, kakiage ¥970 and shrimp-tempura soba ¥1,200. Rice options include shrimp-tempura rice ¥1,100, conger-eel rice ¥400 and inari sushi ¥250. Combine noodles with a rice dish or choose a rice-centred meal.
Reserved group meals and the gift shop
The group restaurant accommodates up to five hundred by reservation. Its normal 10:00–15:00 hours can be adjusted for bookings. September–November seasonal meals include Yumesaki ¥1,980, Shosha ¥2,480 and Seppiko ¥2,980. The shop opens 09:00–17:00 with fish cakes, Harima sweets, local sake, agricultural products and gifts.
Okimoto location and bus arrival
The complex is at 583 Okimoto, Yumesaki-cho, with parking for sixty cars and thirteen coaches. Public-bus routes include a roughly twenty-minute walk from Shimizubashi, or five minutes from Yamasa-Kamaboko-mae, served only on weekends and holidays. It closes January 1–3, with occasional additional closures. The individual soba shop and reserved group restaurant operate on different schedules.
