禁煙客室と上層階のコンフォート
総客室数は133室で、全客室禁煙です。スタンダードシングルは13～15㎡、ベッド幅110～120cm、ダブルは18㎡・幅160cm、ツインは26㎡・幅120cmベッド2台です。9階のコンフォート客室では西川のエアーを採用し、VODルームシアターを無料で利用できます。客室タイプによって広さや寝具、付帯サービスが変わるため、滞在人数に合わせて選べます。
旅人の湯と6時30分からの無料朝食
男女別大浴場「旅人の湯」はラジウム人工温泉で、15時～翌2時と5～10時に利用できます。天然温泉とは異なる人工温泉です。朝食会場NAGOMIは6時30分～9時、宿泊者無料。和洋バイキングには30品目以上を用意し、新潟県産コシヒカリ、ふのりそば、タレカツ、栃尾の油揚げ、車麩の煮物などを取り入れています。
10月の予約受付とポイントの取扱い
チェックイン15時、チェックアウト10時です。2026年10月7日からのシステム障害について、10月15日追記の案内では宿泊・既存予約は継続し、電話やフロントで新規予約を受けられない場合は公式サイト等のWEB予約を案内しています。電話で変更した予約は到着時に内容を確認する場合があります。Ponta・dポイントの利用は休止し、付与は復旧後となります。
駅徒歩2分と高さ制限のある提携駐車
城内町1-1-5、長岡駅から徒歩約2分、長岡ICから車約15分です。提携は道路向かいのニコニコ立体駐車場で、15時～翌10時の1泊1,200円をフロントで支払います。高さ1.55m、長さ5m、重量1,600kg以下などの制限があり、背の高い軽自動車やSUV、二輪車には対応しません。先着順で、翌10時以降は30分150円。他の駐車場には提携割引がありません。
長岡市内で組み合わせる訪問先
駅周辺の記念館を歩き、喜多町のフレンドへは別に移動する行程です。市営大手口駐車場はホテル提携のニコニコ立体とは別で、ホテル料金は適用されません。提携立体に入らない背の高い車では、各駐車場の寸法と料金を比べて滞在場所を選べます。
Nonsmoking rooms and upper-floor comfort rooms
The hotel has 133 nonsmoking guest rooms. Standard singles have 13–15 m² and a 110–120 cm bed, doubles 18 m² and a 160 cm bed, and twins 26 m² with two 120 cm beds. Ninth-floor comfort rooms use Nishikawa Air bedding and include VOD films. Room size, bedding and included services vary by category, allowing a choice suited to the party.
Tabibito no Yu and breakfast from 6:30
The separate men’s and women’s Tabibito no Yu baths use an artificial radium mineral preparation, rather than a natural spring. They open 15:00–2:00 and 5:00–10:00. NAGOMI serves an included breakfast buffet for guests at 6:30–9:00, with over thirty Japanese and Western items. Regional choices include Niigata Koshihikari rice, funori soba, tare-katsu, Tochio fried tofu and simmered kuruma-fu wheat gluten.
October booking and points arrangements
Check-in is 15:00 and checkout 10:00. The system-outage notice, updated October 15, 2026 after the disruption began October 7, states that stays and existing reservations continue. When new bookings cannot be taken by telephone or at reception, guests are directed to online booking. Changes made by telephone may need confirmation on arrival. Ponta and d-point redemption is suspended, with point awards deferred until recovery.
Two minutes from the station and height-limited parking
The address is 1-1-5 Jonaimachi, about two minutes from the station or fifteen minutes by car from Nagaoka Interchange. Partner Nikoniko mechanical parking is opposite, costing ¥1,200 from 15:00 to 10:00, paid at reception. Restrictions include height up to 1.55 m, length 5 m and weight 1,600 kg; tall kei cars, SUVs and motorcycles are excluded. Spaces are first come. After 10:00, ¥150 is charged per thirty minutes, and other lots have no partner discount.
Other stops to combine within Nagaoka
Walk to the city-centre museum and make a separate trip to Friend in Kitamachi. Municipal Oteguchi Parking differs from the hotel’s partner Nikoniko structure and has no hotel rate. Drivers of vehicles too tall for the partner structure can compare each lot’s dimensions and tariff.
