西口側の入口と区画
西駐車場は萩町124にあり、県道16号側から進入できます。収容76台で、開設時の案内ではうち2台が障がい者用区画です。車を置いて駅西口やエンクロスへ移動する行程に向いています。駅西口街区ビル1階の搬入用区画は一般の来訪者用ではないため、車の行先には市営西駐車場の名称を使えます。
20分を境に変わる一般料金
一般利用は20分未満が無料で、20分以上～最初の1時間までは200円。その後は1時間100円、端数は1時間です。24時間以内の上限は1000円で、24時間を超えた後も1時間100円を加算しながら、各24時間ごとに1000円を上限とします。送迎だけの日と列車で一日出かける日で、使う料金帯を分けて考えられます。

エンクロスを利用する場合は、駐車券をカウンターで処理すると最初の2時間が無料になり、超過分は1時間100円です。市のコワーキングスペースまたはお試しサテライトオフィスの利用者は、最初の3時間が無料の区分になります。車を降りる時に券を持って館内へ進めば、施設利用と駐車券の手続きを同じ立ち寄りで済ませられます。

The western entrance and spaces
The western lot is at 124 Hagi-machi and can be entered from Prefectural Road 16. Its seventy-six spaces include two designated accessible spaces in the opening guide. Park here for the western station entrance or Encross. The ground-floor loading area of the west-side station building is not general visitor parking, so navigate using the municipal western lot’s name.
The general rate changes at twenty minutes
General parking is free for less than twenty minutes. At twenty minutes or more, the first hour costs ¥200; subsequent hours cost ¥100, with partial hours rounded up. The first twenty-four hours are capped at ¥1,000. After that, ¥100 hourly charging continues with the same ¥1,000 cap for each twenty-four-hour period, allowing separate calculations for a pickup and a day away by train.
Free periods for reading or work visits
When using Encross, counter validation of the ticket makes the first two hours free, followed by ¥100 per hour. Users of the city coworking space or trial satellite office receive the separate three-hour free allowance. Carry the ticket into the facility so the visit and validation can be handled together, rather than treating the longer free period as automatic station parking.
Combine all-day parking with indoor visits
Parking is available around the clock, while Encross and station-area shops follow their own opening hours.
