深夜の入庫に注意

駐車場は年中無休・終日営業ですが、1:00～6:00は新たな入庫ができません。深夜に新宿へ向かう場合は、24時間営業という表示だけで判断せず、入庫予定時刻を確認しておくと安心です。

ルミネの買い物サービス

ルミネ新宿・ルミネエスト新宿・イイトルミネの当日レシートは合算でき、合計3,000円以上で2時間まで駐車サービスを受けられます。ニュウマン新宿との合算は対象外。駐車券とレシートを駐車場へ持参する案内です。

日曜・祝日の進入経路

日曜・祝日は新宿通りが歩行者天国になるため、平日・土曜とは進入経路が変わります。ルミネは甲州街道沿いのルートを案内しています。ルミネエスト閉店後は、B1から階段でB2駐車場へ回る案内も確認できます。

Shinjuku Station East Exit Parking is an underground facility near Lumine Est Shinjuku. It operates around the clock, but arrivals cannot enter during a nightly five-hour window.

Rates and vehicle height

Lumine lists ¥400 per 30 minutes, 144 spaces and a 2.1 m height limit. The rate changed on 1 July 2026. Credit cards, transit IC cards, electronic money and QR-code payments are listed; check the available methods at the machine on arrival.

The nightly entry restriction

The facility is open every day around the clock, but new vehicles cannot enter from 1:00 to 6:00. If you plan to arrive late at night, check this restriction instead of relying on the general 24-hour description.

Lumine shopping service

Same-day receipts from Lumine Shinjuku, Lumine Est Shinjuku and Eato Lumine may be combined. A total of ¥3,000 or more provides up to two hours of parking service. NEWoMan Shinjuku receipts cannot be combined. Take your receipts and parking ticket to the parking facility.

Approach on Sundays and holidays

Shinjuku-dori becomes a pedestrian zone on Sundays and holidays, changing the driving approach. Lumine directs vehicles along the Koshu Kaido route. After Lumine Est closes, use the B1 stairs to reach the B2 parking level.
