第一本庁舎とは別の駐車場

第二本庁舎の地下にある一般車用駐車場です。駐車場検索サイトs-parkは所在地を西新宿2丁目9番、収容70台、高さ2.2m・幅1.9m・長さ5mまでと案内しています。第一本庁舎側の駐車場とは利用時間と休業日が異なるため、目的の入口を確認してください。

料金・割引と当日上限

東京都公式では最初の1時間が30分ごと150円、その後は30分ごと250円、当日上限は2,000円です。障害者手帳の対象者は料金支払口で手帳を提示すると無料、対象の低公害車は最初の30分が無料です。割引条件や現地の料金表示を入庫前に確認してください。

入口・出口の時間差

都庁通り入口は8:30～21:30、公園通り入口は8:00～21:30です。都庁通り出口は8:30～19:00、公園通り出口は8:00～22:00で、19:00以降は公園通り側からのみ出庫できます。18:45以降に駐車場へ戻る場合は第二本庁舎1階北側の夜間通用口で警備員に駐車券を提示します。時間外出庫はできません。

土日祝と年末年始は休業

第二本庁舎駐車場は土曜・日曜・祝日と12月29日～1月3日が休業です。平日の利用でも庁舎運用や周辺工事などの変更がないか公式案内を確認してください。第一本庁舎駐車場とは休業日が違います。

都庁周辺へのアクセス

都営大江戸線の都庁前駅は都庁舎に直結し、JR新宿駅西口からは徒歩約10分です。駐車後に展望室などを訪れる場合は、それぞれの施設の開室時間も別途確認してください。

A separate car park for Building No. 2

This public underground car park serves Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 2. The s-park directory locates it at 2-chome 9, Nishi-Shinjuku and lists 70 spaces, a 2.2 m height limit, 1.9 m width limit and 5 m length limit. It has different hours and closing days from the Building No. 1 car park.

Rates, discounts and same-day cap

Tokyo Metropolitan Government lists ¥150 per 30 minutes for the first hour, then ¥250 per 30 minutes, with a ¥2,000 same-day maximum. Eligible disability-certificate holders may park free after showing the certificate at the payment counter; qualifying low-emission vehicles get the first 30 minutes free. Check current posted conditions before entering.

Entrance and exit hours differ

The Tocho-dori entrance operates 08:30–21:30 and the Koen-dori entrance 08:00–21:30. The Tocho-dori exit operates only 08:30–19:00, while the Koen-dori exit operates 08:00–22:00. After 19:00, exit via Koen-dori only. To return to the car park after 18:45, show your parking ticket to security at the north-side night entrance on Building No. 2’s first floor. Exit outside operating hours is unavailable.

Closed on weekends, holidays and New Year

The Building No. 2 car park closes on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and December 29 through January 3. Check the metropolitan government’s latest notice for any other access changes. Its closure days differ from the Building No. 1 car park.

Access around the government complex

Tocho-mae Station on the Toei Oedo Line connects directly to the complex; JR Shinjuku Station’s west exit is about ten minutes away on foot. If visiting an observation deck or another facility after parking, check its separate opening hours.
