客室選びと本町での滞在

客室は全211室・14タイプで、1ベッドのダブル、ツイン、フォースなどを用意します。海側と山側では向きが異なるため、眺望を重視する場合は部屋タイプや階数の条件で選びます。外壁工事期間には足場と防護シートが設置されるので、通常の眺望案内だけで判断しないようにします。

通常は14時からチェックイン、11時までチェックアウトです。2026年3月17日から全客室を禁煙とする案内で、喫煙は館内の指定スペースを利用します。無料Wi-Fi、冷蔵庫、加湿空気清浄機、セーフティーボックスなどを備え、市内観光にも出張にも使えます。

郷土料理を取り入れた朝食

朝食のAOMORI BOLD KITCHENは6時30分～10時、最終入店9時30分です。まぐろの刺身、ねぶた漬け、貝焼き味噌などの青森らしい料理を案内しています。食材や提供内容が変わることもあるため、特定の料理が必ずあるという前提ではなく、地域の味を選べる朝食として楽しめます。

2026年1月1日からの案内料金は大人2,200円、小人6～12歳1,100円、未就学児無料で税込です。6歳の未就学児のように年齢と就学区分が重なる場合は予約条件をホテルへ相談します。朝食付きか素泊まりかで食事代の含み方が違い、宿泊料金とは分けて考えます。

外壁工事は11月30日までの予定

ホテル外壁の改修工事は2026年5月7日～11月30日の予定です。作業時間は8～17時、そのうち騒音を伴う作業は10～16時の案内。外壁に足場と防護シートを設置し、時間帯によって音や臭いが発生する場合があります。

進み具合で作業時刻が前後する可能性があります。日中に客室で休む、室内で仕事をする、眺望を楽しむなどの予定がある場合は、宿泊日にどの部屋・設備へ影響するかホテルへ相談します。11月30日は予定上の終期であり、日付だけで工事完了を判断するものではありません。

11月17日の消防訓練と29～30日の停電

11月17日は自衛消防訓練が11時から約1時間、消防設備点検が9時～16時頃に予定されています。訓練は5階を出火箇所と想定し、上下階で非常放送が流れます。点検中も館内放送が流れる場合があり、通常の客室滞在と音の条件が異なります。

公式には「2026年11月29日（日）～30日（月） 深夜0時より3時間程度」の全館停電告知があります。エレベーター、照明、空調など電気を使う設備は利用できず、作業で時刻が前後する場合があります。滞在する夜への該当と必要な対応は予約前にホテルへ相談し、復旧時に備え機器をコンセントから外すよう案内されています。

ランドリーと工芸品コーナー

2階には有料の洗濯乾燥機3台を備え、24時間利用でき、洗剤は自動投入です。電子レンジもあり、1階には多目的トイレと無人コンビニを備えます。小さな子供連れや長めの旅では、洗濯や買い物を館内で済ませられる点が便利です。

普通車の駐車は72台、1泊800円で当日先着順、提携駐車場もあります。大型車やバイクは台数制限があるため事前予約が必要です。普通車の先着利用と、大型車・バイクの予約条件を分け、到着予定がチェックインの申告時刻を過ぎる場合はホテルへ連絡します。

November fire training and overnight power interruption

On November 17, fire training is scheduled from 11:00 for about an hour, with equipment inspection approximately 09:00–16:00. The exercise assumes a fire on the fifth floor and involves emergency announcements on adjacent floors. Announcements may also occur during the inspection, affecting the usual quiet conditions in rooms.

The official notice lists a whole-building power interruption for November 29–30, 2026, from midnight for about three hours. Lifts, lighting, air conditioning and other electrical equipment will be unavailable, with timing subject to progress. Clarify which overnight stay is affected and any necessary arrangements before booking; guests are advised to unplug devices to protect them when power returns.

Laundry and Tsugaru crafts

Three paid washer-dryers on the second floor operate 24 hours, with automatic detergent dispensing. A microwave is also available, while the first floor has an accessible toilet and an unattended convenience shop. These facilities make practical tasks easier for families or longer trips.

A display and sales area in front of the first-floor reception offers Tsugaru glass and lacquerware, providing a chance to explore local craftsmanship through glasses and tableware. Luggage storage and parcel services are also listed, but scheduled power interruptions may limit the normal availability of facilities and services.

Getting here and arranging parking

The hotel is approximately 15 minutes on foot or three minutes by car from Aomori Station's east exit. Airport buses bound for Aomori Ekimae serve Shinmachi Nichome, around three minutes away on foot. The published driving estimate from Aomori Chuo Interchange is 15 minutes, allowing a mix of city dining and trips farther afield.

Standard-car parking has 72 spaces at ¥800 per night, allocated first-come on the day, with contract alternatives also available. Large vehicles and motorcycles require advance booking because spaces are limited. Distinguish these reservation rules from ordinary car parking, and notify the hotel if arrival will be later than the declared check-in time.
