ReLabo MedicalSpa & Stay connects directly with JR Aomori Station’s east-exit building. It combines convenient rail access with hot-spring bathing, a lounge and meals featuring Aomori ingredients. 部屋の過ごし方と浴室設備

2mを超えるデスクを備えるクリエイティブルーム、曲線を取り入れたコクーンルーム、ツーリストルーム、禅ルームやスイートなどがあります。ツーリストのツインにもユニットシャワーとユニットバスの区分があり、客室内で湯船を使いたい場合は部屋の浴室仕様まで確認してください。

6階には和温泉やラウンジ、ヨガスタジオなどの設備がまとめられています。スパやプログラム、個室風呂は宿泊と別の料金・予約条件になる場合があるため、必要なサービスがプランに含まれるかを確認します。

男女別の和温泉と個室風呂

男女別の和温泉は、6時～11時と15時～24時の二部制です。男性の「藍」には主浴槽・ロウリュサウナ・水風呂、女性の「蓮」には主浴槽・シルキーバスを備えます。火・金曜の男性浴場はメンテナンスのため午前10時終了、最終受付9時30分になる点に注意してください。

完全個室型和温泉はリビング付きで、4名まで利用できます。営業時間は6時～24時、料金は税込50分8,800円・90分14,800円。宿泊客室に付く専用風呂とは別の設備なので、利用する時間帯と空き状況を事前に確認してください。

青森の食材を使う朝食と夕食

朝食は6時30分～10時、最終入店9時30分です。ビュッフェにエッグベネディクトやオムレツ、青森サーモンを使う料理などを紹介しており、内容は季節によって変わります。朝食付きプランか、別に食事を追加するかを予約時に確かめます。

公式のレストラン案内は宿泊客限定で、夕食は17時～22時・ラストオーダー21時、前日までの予約が必要です。食事制限やアレルギーがある場合は、予約時または宿泊前日までにホテルへ相談し、対応範囲を確認してください。

駅ビルの入口とラビナ駐車場

JR青森駅東口ビルからエレベーターで4階の受付へ向かいます。車は提携するタイムズラビナを利用し、駐車券をフロントへ提示した後、出庫時に自動精算機で支払います。料金は24時間1,000円で、途中で出庫して戻ると再び料金が発生します。

ホテルは駐車場から徒歩約10分を見込むよう案内しています。駐車位置や時間帯によって経路が異なり、10時～20時は駅ビル内を通る経路がありますが、それ以外は屋外通路を利用します。荷物や天候に合わせて移動時間に余裕を持たせてください。

Room styles and bathroom facilities

Room categories include Creative rooms with desks over 2 m wide, curved-design Cocoon rooms, Tourist rooms, Zen rooms and suites. Even Tourist Twins are offered with either a unit shower or a unit bathroom, so check the precise bathroom facilities if you want a bathtub in the room.

The sixth floor brings together the hot-spring baths, lounge, yoga studio and other facilities. Spa treatments, programmes and private baths may carry separate charges or reservation conditions; check which services the accommodation plan includes.

Separate communal and private hot-spring baths

The separate communal baths open 06:00–11:00 and 15:00–24:00. The men’s Ai bath includes a main bath, a sauna allowing water to be poured over the stones, and a cold bath; the women’s Hasu bath has a main bath and a silky microbubble bath. Maintenance shortens the men’s Tuesday and Friday morning session to 10:00, with last admission at 09:30.

The fully private baths have living areas and accommodate up to four people. They are listed for 06:00–24:00 at ¥8,800 for 50 minutes or ¥14,800 for 90 minutes, including tax. These are separate bookable facilities, rather than private baths attached to every guest room; check times and availability ahead.

Breakfast and dinner featuring Aomori ingredients

Breakfast is served 06:30–10:00, with last entry at 09:30. The buffet description includes eggs Benedict, omelettes and dishes using Aomori salmon, with menus varying by season. Confirm whether breakfast is included or must be added to the booking.

The official dining page describes the restaurant as for staying guests only. Dinner is listed for 17:00–22:00, last order 21:00, with reservations required by the previous day. Discuss dietary restrictions or allergies at booking or by the day before the stay, and confirm what can be accommodated.

Station-building entrance and Lovina parking

Take the elevator in Aomori Station’s east-exit building to reception on the fourth floor. Drivers use affiliated Times Lovina parking, present the ticket at reception and pay at the automatic machine when leaving. The charge is ¥1,000 per 24 hours; leaving and returning incurs another charge.

The hotel advises allowing about 10 minutes on foot from the car park. Routes vary by parking level and time: an indoor route through the station buildings is available from 10:00 to 20:00, while access outside that period uses an outdoor route. Allow extra time for luggage and weather.
