駅前を拠点にした客室選び

客室はシングルA・B、セミダブル、ツインなどから選べます。禁煙室のほか、喫煙室や加熱式たばこ専用室もあるため、予約時は部屋名の区分を確認してください。加熱式たばこ専用室では紙巻きたばこは利用できません。

客室にはWi-Fi・有線LAN、冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポットなどを備えます。添い寝は小学生以下が対象ですが、公式の小学生税込2,000円・未就学児無料という区分は、客室定員を超える人数での利用に限ります。定員2名の部屋を大人1名と子供1名で使う場合などは、大人2名分の料金になるため、人数と寝具条件を確かめて予約します。

朝食と男女別の人工温泉

レストラン「花茶屋」の朝食は6時30分～9時で、宿泊者は無料の和洋バイキングを利用できます。宿泊者以外の朝食利用は終了しているため、外来の朝食店としての利用とは区別してください。

「旅人の湯」は、麦飯石を使う活性石人工温泉の男女別大浴場です。利用時間は15時～翌2時と5時～10時の二つの時間帯で、日中の10時～15時はこの案内の利用時間外です。天然温泉の源泉を引く浴場とは区別して選びます。

タワー駐車場のサイズを確認

駐車場は普通車用16台・ハイルーフ車用36台、計52台の先着順で、1泊1台500円です。ホテルの駐車場案内では、長さ5m・全幅1.8m・タイヤ幅1.78m以下、最低地上高13cm以上。高さと重量は普通車用が1.55m以下・2,000kg以下、ハイルーフ車用が2m以下・2,300kg以下と分かれています。

バイクは駐車できず、ルーフキャリア・ルーフレールやエアロパーツなどを備えた車にも入庫制限があります。寸法内でも装備によって利用できないため、車検証と車体の装備を確認し、当日の受け入れと近隣駐車場の案内をホテルへ相談してください。

予約前に確認したいシステム障害の案内

11月3日に確認した公式サイトには、10月8日掲載・10月15日追記のシステム障害案内が残っています。電話・フロントで予約を受け付けられない場合があり、インターネット予約の利用を案内しています。宿泊そのものには影響がないとしていますが、予約後に電話で変更した内容を到着時に確認する場合があります。

Ponta・dポイントは利用できず、付与はシステム復旧後となる案内です。予約やポイント利用を予定する場合は、来館前に最新のお知らせで復旧状況を確認してください。

Choosing a room near the station

Room choices include Single A and B, semi-double and twin categories. Check the room label when booking: non-smoking, smoking and heated-tobacco-only categories are offered. Conventional cigarettes are not permitted in the heated-tobacco-only rooms.

Rooms provide Wi-Fi, wired internet, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. The published bed-sharing rates of ¥2,000 including tax for primary-school children and no charge for preschoolers apply only when the party exceeds the room’s standard occupancy. For example, one adult and one child in a two-person room are charged for two adults; check party size and bedding conditions before booking.

Breakfast and separate artificial mineral baths

Hanachaya serves a Japanese and Western buffet from 06:30 to 09:00, complimentary for staying guests. Breakfast service for non-residents has ended, so it should not be treated as a walk-in breakfast restaurant.

Tabibito no Yu comprises separate baths using water conditioned with bakuhan mineral stone. Its two opening periods are 15:00–02:00 and 05:00–10:00; the published schedule does not include 10:00–15:00. These are artificial mineral baths rather than baths supplied by a natural hot-spring source.

Checking the tower-parking limits

The tower has 16 standard-car and 36 high-roof spaces, 52 in total, allocated on arrival at ¥500 per vehicle per night. The hotel’s parking page sets maximum length at 5 m, overall width at 1.8 m and tyre width at 1.78 m, with at least 13 cm ground clearance. Standard-car spaces accept up to 1.55 m and 2,000 kg; high-roof spaces accept up to 2 m and 2,300 kg.

Motorcycles cannot use the tower, and equipment such as roof carriers, roof rails or aerodynamic body parts may also prevent entry. Dimensions alone do not guarantee acceptance: check the registration document and fitted equipment, and ask the hotel about availability and nearby parking.

System-outage notice to check before booking

The official site checked on November 3 still carries a system-outage notice dated October 8 and supplemented October 15. Telephone and front-desk reservations may be unavailable, and guests are directed to internet booking. The notice says stays themselves are unaffected, but changes made by telephone after booking may need to be checked on arrival.

The notice also says Ponta and d points cannot be redeemed and will be credited after recovery. Check the latest notice for recovery updates before relying on booking or points services.
