小学生以下の添い寝無料を案内する部屋がありますが、受け入れ人数は部屋ごとに異なります。例えばクイーンは大人2名と添い寝の子供1名、ツインは大人2名と添い寝の子供2名という販売案内です。子供にベッド1台が必要な場合は大人として予約する案内があり、朝食の料金区分は添い寝無料とは別です。

提携3駐車場の時間と手続き

リョウサン駐車場（古川1-8-12）は14時～翌11時で1泊700円です。駐車時に係員へホテル宿泊と伝え、係員不在の20時30分～翌6時30分は、赤い二色コーンがある区画を避けて駐車する案内です。車種により料金が変わる場合があります。

パラカ青森市新町第一（新町1-9-22）とアウトエア新町1丁目（新町1丁目1-8）は、16時～翌10時で各1泊700円。駐車後にフロントへ駐車場名を伝えます。同名系列の別の駐車場ではサービス券を使えず、指定時間外の追加料金は駐車場で直接精算します。パラカの公式ホテル案内は長さ4.8m・幅1.9m・高さ2.1m・重量2.5tの車両制限を掲載しています。

ホテル敷地の車椅子利用者用区画

ホテルの駐車場は障がい者用1台の案内で、15時～翌11時・1泊700円です。チェックイン時にフロントへ申告し、満車の場合は相談してください。一般の宿泊者全員に敷地内駐車を確保する設備ではありません。

同じ区画を使うEV充電器は1台、公式掲載は1時間400円です。先に車が駐車されている場合は充電スペースを利用できないため、充電と駐車の両方を必要とする場合は事前に利用方法を確認してください。

Choosing the bathroom layout and occupancy

The official room descriptions list separate toilets and bathrooms with washing areas for standard semi-double, double, queen, twin and triple categories. Hotel-supplied Rakuten plans also list a Comfort Twin explicitly equipped with a unit bathroom. Do not assume every room has the same layout; check the selected category and its facilities.

Some rooms allow children of primary-school age or younger to share existing beds without a room charge, but permitted numbers vary. Published plans specify, for example, two adults plus one bed-sharing child in a queen room, or two adults plus two in a twin. A child requiring a separate bed is to be booked as an adult; breakfast charges are separate from bed-sharing eligibility.

Second-floor breakfast and hotel facilities

The second-floor Japanese and Western buffet includes a section featuring Aomori ingredients and dishes such as grated-yam soup. It runs 06:30–09:30, with last entry at 09:15. The official page lists adults at ¥1,650, ages 7–12 at ¥1,000 and ages 3–6 free; check whether breakfast is included in the accommodation plan.

Two paid washing machines and two dryers are listed on the fourth floor, available 24 hours. The third-floor lobby displays artworks including Nebuta-themed pieces, and rooms provide Wi-Fi and individually controlled air conditioning.

Hours and procedures at the three affiliated car parks

Ryosan Parking at 1-8-12 Furukawa is listed at ¥700 for 14:00–11:00 the following day. Tell the attendant that you are staying at the hotel. During the unstaffed period, 20:30–06:30, the hotel instructs guests to avoid spaces marked with red two-colour cones. Charges may vary by vehicle type.

Paraca Aomori-shi Shinmachi Daiichi at 1-9-22 Shinmachi and Outair Shinmachi 1-chome at 1-8 Shinmachi 1-chome are each listed at ¥700 for 16:00–10:00 the next day. Tell reception which car park you used. Service tickets do not cover other locations of the same chains, and extra charges outside the eligible period are paid at the car park. The hotel’s Paraca listing specifies limits of 4.8 m length, 1.9 m width, 2.1 m height and 2.5 tonnes.

Accessible parking at the hotel

The hotel lists one accessible space for 15:00–11:00 the next day at ¥700 per night. Notify reception at check-in and consult staff if it is occupied. This does not provide on-site parking for every guest.

One EV charger shares this parking space, with a published charge of ¥400 per hour. It cannot be used while another vehicle occupies the space, so confirm arrangements ahead if both charging and parking are needed.
