Hotel Sunroute Aomori is about a five-minute walk from Aomori Station towards Shinmachi-dori. Its main and east buildings offer Western-style and Japanese-style rooms, while the upper-floor restaurant looks towards Mutsu Bay. It is a base for walks to the station area and waterfront, with room layout and parking arrangements worth checking before arrival.

本館・東館と部屋の構成

客室はシングル、ダブル、スタジオツイン、ツイン、トリプル、和室などを用意しています。スタジオツインはベッド2台のうち1台がソファーベッド、トリプルは3台のうち1台がエキストラベッドです。同行人数だけでなく、寝具の構成まで確かめて選びます。

客室にはWi-Fi、有線LAN、冷蔵庫や湯沸かしポットを備えます。和室は6・8・10畳の案内があり、部屋によって広さや眺望が異なります。海側の眺めを希望する場合や本館・東館に希望がある場合も、プランで指定できる条件かを確認してください。

本館11階で味わう朝食

カジュアルダイニング「山石亭」の朝食は和洋ビュッフェで、帆立の貝焼き味噌やせんべい汁など青森にちなんだ料理を紹介しています。時間は6時30分～9時30分、ラストオーダー9時。朝食料金の公式改定告知は税込1,650円で、子供の料金や朝食付きプランの扱いは予約時に確認してください。

山石亭の通常ランチは木・金曜11時30分～14時、ラストオーダー13時30分とされていますが、月ごとの休業案内が出る場合があります。11月3日の確認時点では、個別ホテルサイトの最新の月間案内が10月分だったため、11月の実施日は店舗へ確認してください。夜は予約営業の案内です。

駐車場の利用時間と敷地外への案内

ホテル正面の駐車場は25台です。満車時には提携駐車場へ案内し、ホテル提供の楽天案内では徒歩5～7分のアスパム駐車場になる場合もあるとしています。いったん車で外出すると同じ駐車区画は確保されず、戻った時に改めて駐車場所の案内を受けます。

普通車とバイクは税込1泊770円、大型車は税込3,300円で予約が必要です。1泊の適用時間は昼12時～翌12時で、それ以外は30分ごと税込200円。大型車や通常と異なる車種で訪れる場合は、受け入れと駐車場所を先に相談してください。

連泊設備と予約窓口の確認

本館地下1階には24時間利用できるコインランドリーを備え、洗濯機・乾燥機各7台を案内しています。電子レンジや製氷機、チェックイン前・チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもあり、長めの滞在や列車の時刻に合わせた利用に役立ちます。

11月3日に確認した相鉄ホテルズのチェーンサイトは一部ページをメンテナンス中とし、11月4日に一部ホテルを除く再公開を予定しています。会員ログイン・クーポン・新規登録の再開時期は未定の案内です。ホテル個別サイトや予約完了メールの案内を確認し、会員クーポンを使った予約の変更・取消などはホテルへ相談してください。

Buildings and room configurations

Room types include singles, doubles, studio twins, twins, triples and Japanese-style rooms. A studio twin has two beds including one sofa bed; a triple has three including one extra bed. Consider the bedding configuration as well as party size when selecting a room.

Rooms provide Wi-Fi, wired internet, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. Japanese-style rooms are listed in 6-, 8- and 10-tatami sizes, and space and views differ by room. If a sea view or a particular building matters, confirm whether the selected plan permits that choice.

Breakfast on the main building’s 11th floor

Sansekitei’s Japanese and Western breakfast buffet introduces Aomori dishes such as scallop kaiyaki miso and senbei-jiru soup. Hours are 06:30–09:30, last order 09:00. The official revision notice lists ¥1,650 including tax; confirm children’s prices and breakfast-inclusive plan conditions when booking.

Sansekitei’s regular lunch schedule is Thursday and Friday, 11:30–14:00, last order 13:30, but monthly closure notices may apply. On November 3, the latest monthly notice on the individual hotel website still covered October, so confirm November service dates directly. Evening service is by reservation.

Parking periods and off-site alternatives

The front car park has 25 spaces. When full, the hotel directs guests to affiliated parking; its Rakuten information notes that this may be ASPAM parking, a 5–7 minute walk away. Leaving by car does not reserve the same space: staff give fresh parking directions on return.

Regular cars and motorcycles cost ¥770 per night including tax; large vehicles cost ¥3,300 and require reservation. The overnight rate applies from noon to noon the next day, with ¥200 per 30 minutes outside that period. Discuss acceptance and location ahead for large or unusual vehicles.

Longer-stay facilities and booking services

The main building’s basement has a 24-hour coin laundry with seven washers and seven dryers listed. A microwave, ice machine and luggage storage before check-in and after check-out are also available for longer stays or to fit train times.

The Sotetsu Hotels chain site checked November 3 says some pages are under maintenance, with reopening planned for November 4 except certain hotel pages. No recovery date is given for member login, coupons or new registration. Consult the individual hotel site and booking-confirmation instructions; contact the hotel about changing or cancelling reservations that used a member coupon.
