標準チェックインは14時、チェックアウトは11時です。モデレートルームは20.34㎡で幅154cmのベッド、モデレートクイーンは22.5㎡で幅168cmのベッド。モデレートツインは24.87㎡で幅110cmのベッド2台があり、利用人数と寝る場所の分け方で選べます。

全客室にバス・トイレを分けたセミセパレートまたはセパレートの浴室を備え、オーバーヘッドシャワーがあります。ユニバーサルタイプも用意されています。ベビーベッドを置けない客室もあるため、設備名だけでなく予約する部屋の対応条件まで見て選ぶことが大切です。

UGUISUの朝食と年齢別料金

朝食は1階UGUISUで6時30分～10時、最終入店9時30分の和洋ビュッフェです。県産食材を使ったのっけ丼や帆立の貝焼き味噌、豚バラ焼きなどを案内し、りんごを使ったカレーや手作り豆腐も用意します。料理は仕入れ状況により変わります。

税込料金は中学生以上2,300円、小学生（6～12歳）1,500円、未就学児（4～5歳）1,000円、3歳以下無料です。朝食券は2階フロントで販売しますが、座席数の都合で購入できない場合があります。素泊まりと朝食付きで、食事代を含む範囲を分けて予約します。

子供の添い寝とベビーベッド

添い寝は、ベッド1台につき小学生以下の子供1人まで無料です。シングル・ダブルは1人、ツインは2人までが基本ですが、部屋タイプによる制限があります。寝具・通常アメニティの追加はなく、食事代は別途。ツインを大人1人で利用する予約に子供を添い寝させる場合は2人利用料金になります。

1歳未満向けのベビーベッドは無料貸出で、台数と設置できる部屋が限られます。事前連絡が必要で、1歳未満でもつかまり立ちする子供には安全上貸し出さない案内です。小児用の歯ブラシ・スリッパはフロントで用意するため、到着時に受け取れます。

フィットネスと連泊向け設備

2階のフィットネスは宿泊者専用で6～23時。ランニングマシンやバイクなどの機器がありますが、ウェア・シューズの貸出はありません。9階のコインランドリーは24時間利用でき、洗剤は自動投入。洗濯物を持って長く移動する旅にも使えます。

1階には24時間営業のローソンがあり、館内から行き来できます。ただし深夜は連絡扉や玄関の施錠に注意が必要です。ホテル正面玄関は0～6時に施錠し、宿泊者はカードキー、これからチェックインする人はインターホンで対応を受けます。

ホテル裏手の立体駐車場は40台で、普通車20台・ハイルーフ20台。先着順で予約できず、1泊1,000円税込の対象時間は14時～翌11時です。営業時間は7～23時で、時間外の入庫は不可。時間外に出庫したい場合はフロントスタッフが対応します。

車両は全長5.05m・幅1.85m・重量1.85tまで、高さは普通車1.55m・ハイルーフ2.05mまでの案内で、ほかにも寸法条件があります。満車・規格外は近隣駐車場への案内となります。前の路地は東側からの一方通行で、敷地内にバイク・自転車の駐輪場所はありません。

青森駅と空港バスからのアクセス

青森駅東口から徒歩約5分、新青森駅からは奥羽本線で青森駅へ乗り継ぐ経路です。青森空港からの連絡バスは新町一丁目で下車し、徒歩約3分。ホテルの案内では空港からのバス所要は約35分ですが、道路状況や季節によって余裕を見込みます。

車では青森中央ICから約15分です。駅周辺を中心に巡る日は徒歩、三内丸山遺跡や美術館など郊外へ向かう日は路線バスや車というように移動手段を組み合わせられます。宿泊料金は日程と部屋・食事条件によって変わるため、希望日のプラン内容を比べて選びます。

Room sizes and arrival times

Standard check-in is 14:00 and check-out 11:00. The 20.34 m² Moderate room has a 154 cm-wide bed, while the 22.5 m² Moderate Queen has a 168 cm-wide bed. The 24.87 m² Moderate Twin provides two 110 cm-wide beds. Choose according to party size and how much separation you want between sleeping spaces.

Rooms have semi-separated or fully separated bath and toilet layouts, with overhead showers. A Universal room type is also available. Some rooms cannot accommodate a cot, so check the arrangements for the specific room selected rather than assuming that every advertised facility applies to every category.

UGUISU breakfast and age-based prices

The Japanese and Western breakfast buffet is served at first-floor UGUISU from 06:30 to 10:00, with last entry at 09:30. Examples include build-your-own rice bowls, scallop and miso dishes, stir-fried pork belly, apple curry and handmade tofu. The selection varies with ingredient availability.

Tax-inclusive charges are ¥2,300 for junior-high pupils and older guests, ¥1,500 for elementary pupils aged 6–12, ¥1,000 for preschool children aged 4–5 and free for ages three and under. Tickets are sold at the second-floor reception but may be unavailable when seating is full. Room-only and breakfast-inclusive plans cover different things.

Bed-sharing and cots

One elementary-school-age or younger child may share each bed free of charge: normally one in a single/double and two in a twin, subject to room-type restrictions. Additional bedding and standard amenities are not supplied, and meals cost extra. Adding a bed-sharing child to a twin reserved for one adult changes it to the two-person room rate.

Free cots are intended for infants under one, are limited in number and fit only selected room types. Advance contact is required, and a cot is not provided for a child already pulling up to stand, even if under one. Children's toothbrushes and slippers are available from reception on arrival.

Fitness and facilities for longer stays

The second-floor fitness room is for staying guests and opens 06:00–23:00, with equipment such as treadmills and exercise bikes. Clothing and shoes are not available to borrow. A ninth-floor self-service laundry operates around the clock and automatically dispenses detergent, useful during an extended trip.

A 24-hour Lawson convenience store is accessible from inside the hotel, though connecting doors and entrances are secured overnight. The main entrance is locked from midnight to 06:00. Checked-in guests use their room key; arriving guests call reception through the intercom.

Mechanical parking and vehicle limits

The rear mechanical car park has 40 spaces: 20 standard and 20 high-roof. It is first-come with no reservations, and the ¥1,000 tax-inclusive overnight charge covers 14:00–11:00 the next day. Entry is allowed only 07:00–23:00; after-hours departures can be assisted by reception.

Published limits are 5.05 m length, 1.85 m width and 1.85 tonnes, with heights up to 1.55 m in standard spaces or 2.05 m in high-roof spaces; other dimensional restrictions also apply. Full or unsuitable vehicles are directed elsewhere. The approach lane is one-way from the east, and there is no on-site motorcycle or bicycle parking.

Station and airport-bus access

The hotel is about five minutes' walk from Aomori Station's east exit; from Shin-Aomori, connect via the Ou Line to Aomori. The airport bus stops at Shinmachi Itchome, roughly three minutes on foot from the hotel. The hotel gives an approximately 35-minute bus journey from the airport, with extra time advisable for road and seasonal conditions.

Driving from Aomori Chuo Interchange takes around 15 minutes. Walking works for the station area, while buses or a car can extend the itinerary to Sannai-Maruyama and the art museum. Room prices vary by date, room and meal inclusions, so compare the details of plans offered for the intended stay.
