Dormy Inn Aomori, with its Awayuki no Yu baths, is a city-centre hotel in Shinmachi. After exploring the streets, guests can head up to the top-floor baths and start the next day with Aomori-inspired breakfast dishes. 13階の大浴場と浴槽の違い

男女別の「淡雪の湯」は13階にあり、内湯には追子野木温泉から運ぶアルカリ性単純温泉を使います。露天風呂と2つの壺風呂は沸かし湯です。露天にも天然温泉が使われるという意味ではなく、浴槽によって水の種類が異なります。

利用時間は15時～翌10時。高温ドライサウナはセルフロウリュ式で、水風呂も備えますが、サウナは深夜1～5時に停止します。大浴場全体の時間とサウナ休止時間を分け、夜遅い到着や早朝出発に合わせて利用できます。

4階の朝食と子供料金

朝食会場は4階のレストラン旅籠で、宿泊者専用です。6時30分～9時30分、最終入店9時。めったら丼、つがる豚の源たれ炒め、ホタテフライなど青森の味を取り入れた料理と、小鉢を組み合わせるスタイルです。提供内容は仕入れなどで変わる場合があります。

税込料金は大人2,500円、3歳以上から小学生まで1,200円、2歳以下無料です。未就学児でも3歳から料金がかかるので、ほかのホテルの「未就学児無料」と同じ条件にはしません。朝食付きの予約か、別途追加する予約かで支払う範囲が変わります。

客室と家族での予約条件

客室は全室禁煙で、レジデンシャルシングル、ダブル、キング、ツイン、デラックスツインなどがあります。公式パンフレットではダブル約14.00～15.86㎡、ツイン約22.15～25.47㎡、デラックスツイン約30.60～32.92㎡。荷物の量や同室人数に合わせて広さを選べます。

ハンディキャップダブルも約24.45㎡で用意されています。子供の添い寝は1ベッド1人までという予約条件があり、寝具が必要な場合は大人と同料金です。添い寝の施設使用料は予約条件により確認が必要で、添い寝人数の上限だけから無料とは判断しないようにします。

夜鳴きそばと湯上がりサービス

夜鳴きそばは4階レストラン旅籠で21時30分～23時に無料提供されるしょうゆラーメンです。夕食の予約や食べ放題プランとは別の夜のサービスとして利用できます。ウェルカムドリンクは4階ロビーで14～23時、朝6～11時はコーヒーのみの提供です。

13階の大浴場フロアでは、湯上がりアイスを15時～翌1時、乳酸菌飲料を5～10時に提供します。館内にはランドリーコーナーもあり、外出と入浴の間に身支度を整えられます。荷物預かりはチェックイン前にも対応し、チェックアウト後の預かりは当日までです。

72台の立体駐車場と入庫制限

駐車場は立体72台で完全先着順、1泊1,000円・延長1時間100円です。ホテル用の平面駐車場はなく、隣接する平面区画には駐車できません。満車時は近隣駐車場を別料金で案内するため、同じ料金や区画の確保が保証されるわけではありません。

入庫条件は長さ5.3m・全幅2.05m・高さ2.05m、タイヤ外幅1.9m、最低地上高90mm、重量2,500kgまで。改造車は利用できず、駐車場前は一方通行です。22時～6時30分は駐車場スタッフが不在のため備付電話でフロントへ連絡します。バイク用区画はありません。

青森駅・空港からの移動

青森駅から徒歩約10分、青森中央ICから車で約15分です。青森空港の連絡バスは青森駅前行きに乗り、県庁通りで下車するとホテルのすぐ近くです。新幹線を利用する場合は新青森駅から青森駅までの乗り継ぎを含めて予定を立てます。

通常はチェックイン15時、チェックアウト11時で、到着が予定時刻を過ぎる場合は連絡が必要です。宿泊プランによって滞在時間や食事条件が異なるため、朝食の有無と子供の寝具条件まで合わせて選びます。大浴場、夜食、駐車場の時刻も一緒に見ると到着後の動きがまとまります。

Thirteenth-floor baths and their water sources

The separate men's and women's Awayuki no Yu baths occupy the thirteenth floor. The indoor bath uses alkaline simple hot-spring water transported from Okkonoki Onsen. The outdoor and two pot baths use heated water. The natural-hot-spring description therefore does not apply to every tub.

Bathing hours are 15:00–10:00 the following morning. Facilities include a high-temperature dry sauna with self-service löyly and a cold-water bath. The sauna closes between 01:00 and 05:00, so distinguish its overnight break from the longer bathing hours when planning a late arrival or early departure.

Fourth-floor breakfast and children's charges

Breakfast is served for staying guests only at fourth-floor Hatago from 06:30 to 09:30, with last entry at 09:00. Published examples include Mettara-don rice bowls, Tsugaru pork stir-fried with Gen Tare sauce and fried scallops, alongside small individual dishes. The selection may vary with ingredients and other conditions.

Tax-inclusive breakfast charges are ¥2,500 for adults, ¥1,200 from age three through elementary-school age and free for ages two and under. Preschool children aged three and above therefore pay, unlike hotels offering blanket free preschool breakfast. Whether breakfast is included depends on the plan booked.

Rooms and family bookings

Guest rooms are non-smoking, with residential single, double, king, twin and deluxe twin categories. The official brochure lists doubles at about 14.00–15.86 m², twins at 22.15–25.47 m² and deluxe twins at 30.60–32.92 m². Room size can be matched to luggage and party size.

An accessible double of approximately 24.45 m² is also listed. Booking rules allow at most one bed-sharing child per bed, while a child requiring separate bedding is charged at the adult rate. Check any child facility charge in the selected booking conditions; the bed-sharing limit alone does not establish that the stay is free.

Evening noodles and after-bath services

Complimentary Yonaki Soba, a light soy-sauce ramen service, is offered at fourth-floor Hatago from 21:30 to 23:00. It is an evening service rather than a booked dinner or an all-you-can-eat plan. Welcome drinks are available in the fourth-floor lobby 14:00–23:00, with coffee only from 06:00 to 11:00.

On the thirteenth-floor bathing level, ice treats are offered 15:00–01:00 and lactic-acid drinks 05:00–10:00. Laundry facilities help with practical tasks between outings and bathing. Luggage can be stored before check-in; storage after check-out is limited to the same day.

The 72-space mechanical car park

Parking consists of 72 mechanical spaces allocated strictly first-come, at ¥1,000 per night plus ¥100 per extension hour. The hotel has no surface car park, and adjacent surface spaces must not be used. When full, nearby parking is offered at separate charges, without guaranteeing the same price or a reserved space.

Vehicle limits are 5.3 m length, 2.05 m width and height, 1.9 m outer tyre width, at least 90 mm ground clearance and 2,500 kg maximum weight. Modified vehicles are not accepted, and the approach is one-way. Parking attendants are absent 22:00–06:30; use the provided phone to contact reception. There are no motorcycle spaces.

Arriving from the station or airport

The hotel is around ten minutes' walk from Aomori Station and 15 minutes by car from Aomori Chuo Interchange. Take an airport bus bound for Aomori Ekimae and alight at Kencho-dori, close to the hotel. Shinkansen arrivals need to include the connection from Shin-Aomori to Aomori Station.

Standard check-in is 15:00 and check-out 11:00; notify the hotel if arriving later than the planned time. Stay duration and meals vary by plan, so include breakfast and children's bedding needs in the comparison. Considering bath, noodle-service and parking hours together makes arrival arrangements clearer.
