個室と相部屋を選ぶ一軒家
個室は6畳の和室、独立したベッドがある洋室、合計14畳の和室大部屋を用意しています。通常の和室・洋室は1～3名、大部屋は1～6名に対応。各個室は内外から施錠できます。ドミトリーは女性専用と男女共用があり、コンセント・ランプとカーテンを備える長めの二段ベッドです。ドミトリーは中学生以上の利用となり、連泊でも10時30分～16時30分は清掃のため立ち入りできません。個室か相部屋かだけでなく、日中に部屋へ戻る予定も考えて選べます。
人数で変わる料金と直接予約の割引
掲載料金は和室1名3,900円、2名6,600円、3名8,900円。洋室は1名4,400円、2名7,200円、3名9,500円で、ドミトリーは1人2,800円です。時期によって料金は変わります。直接予約の連泊は2泊目以降、1組あたり300円引きで、学生証を提示する学生本人の800円引きとは併用できません。予約サイト経由はこれらの直接予約割引の対象外です。小学生は通常の個室では1人1,500円を追加する仕組みがあり、中学生以上は大人料金です。人数と部屋の種類を合わせて宿泊費を考えられます。
共有スペースとシャワーの使い方
シャワールームは2つで、トイレや洗面設備も共用です。シャンプーなどは備え付け、寝具は全室に西川製品を使い、無料Wi-Fiと空気清浄機を備えます。食事や飲み物は交流スペースで取り、客室内の飲食はできません。ベッドメイクはセルフサービスです。洗濯機・乾燥機は2泊以上の宿泊者が無料、1泊なら500円。通常のタオルレンタルはバスタオル100円、フェイスタオル50円です。直接予約にはタオル無料または飲料の特典もあり、素泊まりの荷物や洗濯を考える目安になります。

Choosing private rooms or dormitories
Private choices comprise a six-tatami Japanese room, a Western room with separate beds, and a larger fourteen-tatami Japanese space. The smaller private rooms accommodate one to three guests, the larger one up to six, with locks operable inside and outside. Women-only and mixed dormitories use extended-length bunks with curtains, sockets and lights. Dormitory guests must be at least junior-high age, and cannot enter 10:30–16:30 during cleaning, even on consecutive stays. Consider daytime room access as well as the choice between private and shared sleeping space.
Rates and direct-booking discounts
Published Japanese-room rates are ¥3,900 for one, ¥6,600 for two and ¥8,900 for three; Western-room rates are ¥4,400, ¥7,200 and ¥9,500. Dormitories are ¥2,800 per person, with date variations. Direct bookings receive ¥300 off per booking from the second consecutive night; this cannot be combined with the ¥800 student discount, available only to eligible students presenting identification. These direct-booking discounts do not apply through reservation websites. Primary pupils in the ordinary private rooms have a ¥1,500-per-child addition, while junior-high pupils and older pay adult rates.
Communal space and shared showers
There are two shared shower rooms, with shared toilets and wash facilities. Toiletries are supplied; all rooms use Nishikawa bedding and have free Wi-Fi and air purification. Food and drinks belong in the communal space, not bedrooms, and guests make their own beds. Washing and drying are free for stays of two nights or more, otherwise ¥500. Standard towel rental is ¥100 for a bath towel and ¥50 for a face towel. Direct-booking benefits offer either free towel rental or a drink, useful when planning luggage and laundry for a room-only stay.
Arrival by 22:00 and reserved parking
Check-in is 16:30–22:00 and check-out 10:30. Contact is required if arrival by 22:00 is impossible; without it, the reservation may be cancelled with charges. There is no curfew after check-in and staff remain overnight, but guests should keep quiet in the small house. Yamato-Yagi is nine minutes away on foot and JR Unebi thirteen. Two parking spaces require advance booking, ¥500 per vehicle per night. Pre-arrival luggage storage also requires booking. Daily bicycle rental costs ¥500 without gears, ¥800 with gears or ¥1,000 for electric assistance.
