八甲田ホテル｜森のログホテルと温泉、送迎・11月休館の案内

Hakkoda Hotel is a timber mountain retreat surrounded by beech woodland. Its log-built spaces, hot springs and dining suit an unhurried stay, with nearby Sukayu Onsen available as an additional bathing visit. Road and bus arrangements change in winter, making arrival plans an important part of the stay.

木造の建物と部屋で過ごす

建物は6棟を分けた構成で、本棟にログ造りを取り入れています。客室はツイン、メゾネット、特別室、和洋室などの計45室。森の中で休む時間を中心に、部屋の広さや階の使い方、寝具の形式に合わせて選べます。

通常のチェックインは15時、チェックアウトは10時です。公式サイト限定の商品には滞在時間を延ばす特典が付くものもありますが、予約経路やプランごとに条件が異なります。宿泊料は部屋、人数、食事内容と日付をそろえて確認します。

ヒバの温泉と酸ヶ湯への入浴

大浴場は青森ヒバを用いた空間で、大きな窓からブナ林を望みます。サウナと水風呂も備えています。浴場とサウナは清掃時間を除いて利用でき、月・火は11～14時、水～日は11時～12時30分に清掃します。

温泉は源泉掛け流しで、温度調整の加水と加温を行う案内です。宿泊者は姉妹館の酸ヶ湯温泉にも無料で入浴でき、定時の送迎は予約制。酸ヶ湯の千人風呂は混浴で女性専用時間があり、両館の休館日にはこの入浴・送迎利用もできません。

夕食の選択と食事の条件

夕食は和食と洋食で会場が異なるため、同じグループは同一の夕食を選ぶ案内です。朝食は一人ずつメニューを選べます。レストランでの時間を確保してから、入浴や送迎の予定を組み合わせると落ち着いて過ごせます。

食物アレルギーは事前連絡が必要です。魚介類全般、出汁、小麦粉、乳製品などの広い除去や、ビーガン・ベジタリアン・宗教上の食事対応は受けられない案内があるため、食事制限がある場合は予約前に条件を確認します。

11月16～18日の全館休館

2026年11月16日（月）～18日（水）は、設備点検・メンテナンスのため全館休館予定です。レストランとバーは15日の朝食終了後に閉まり、19日11時30分からランチ受付を再開する予定。ショップは15日16時30分に閉まり、19日8時30分から再開する予定です。

休館中も電話は9～17時に受け付け、公式サイトの予約受付は継続します。ランチの問い合わせへの回答は営業再開後となります。姉妹館の酸ヶ湯温泉も同じ3日間休館するため、周辺の入浴を含めて旅程を選びます。

無料送迎と冬季の移動

新青森駅東口からホテルへの無料送迎は、宿泊者を対象に前日までの予約で利用できます。所要は約70分。JRバスで酸ヶ湯まで来る場合も、事前連絡のうえ定時送迎に合わせて迎えを依頼できます。車では屋外の無料駐車50台を備えます。

2026年11月12日～2027年3月31日のJRバスは青森～酸ヶ湯の冬季運行で、青森から奥入瀬・十和田湖へ直通しません。青森駅または停車する新青森駅から乗る「はっこうだ」2・4・6号はネット予約が必要で、予約料1席300円は運賃と別です。車で訪れる際は冬用タイヤ等を用意し、当日の道路規制を確認してください。

Timber architecture and guest rooms

The property consists of six building sections, with log construction in the main building. Its 45 rooms include twins, maisonettes, special rooms and Japanese-Western rooms. Choose the space, layout and bedding that suit a stay centred on resting in the forest.

Standard check-in is 15:00 and check-out 10:00. Some packages sold through the official website include longer stays, but benefits depend on the booking channel and plan. Compare accommodation prices using the same room, occupancy, meal arrangements and dates.

Hiba baths and visits to Sukayu

The communal baths use Aomori hiba wood and overlook beech woodland through large windows. A sauna and cold-water bath are also provided. Baths and sauna are available outside cleaning periods: 11:00–14:00 on Monday and Tuesday, and 11:00–12:30 from Wednesday to Sunday.

The spring water flows through the baths, with water added and heating used for temperature adjustment. Overnight guests can bathe free at sister property Sukayu Onsen, with reserved transfers at set times. Sukayu’s Hiba bath is mixed with women-only periods; the bathing visit and transfer are unavailable when the properties are closed.

Dinner choices and dietary arrangements

Japanese and Western dinners are served in different venues, so a party is asked to choose the same dinner type. Breakfast choices can be made individually. Set aside time for dining before fitting bathing and transfers around the meal.

Food allergies must be discussed in advance. The hotel states that it cannot accommodate broad exclusions such as all seafood, dashi, wheat or dairy, or vegan, vegetarian and religious dietary requirements. Confirm suitability before booking if dietary restrictions apply.

Full closure on November 16–18

The entire hotel is scheduled to close for maintenance from Monday, November 16 to Wednesday, November 18, 2026. Restaurants and the bar close after breakfast on November 15; lunch reception is scheduled to resume at 11:30 on November 19. The shop closes at 16:30 on November 15 and is scheduled to reopen at 08:30 on November 19.

Telephone enquiries are accepted from 09:00 to 17:00 during the closure and official online reservations remain available. Responses to lunch enquiries are deferred until business resumes. Sister property Sukayu Onsen closes on the same three days, so account for that when planning nearby bathing visits.

Complimentary transfers and winter travel

The complimentary shuttle from Shin-Aomori Station’s east exit is available to overnight guests with reservations made by the previous day. The journey takes about 70 minutes. Guests arriving at Sukayu by JR bus can also arrange collection to match the scheduled transfer after contacting the hotel in advance. Outdoor parking has 50 free spaces.

From November 12, 2026 to March 31, 2027, JR buses operate the winter Aomori–Sukayu route without through service from Aomori to Oirase or Lake Towada. Hakkoda services 2, 4 and 6 require online booking for boarding at Aomori or, where served, Shin-Aomori; the ¥300 reservation fee per seat is separate from the fare. Drivers should prepare winter tyres or other required equipment and check the day’s road restrictions.
