美栄橋駅と泊ふ頭からのアクセス

運営者公式はゆいレール美栄橋駅から徒歩約12分（990m）、泊ふ頭旅客ターミナル「とまりん」から約6分と案内しています。楽天の施設掲載は美栄橋駅から約15分と表示しているため、歩く時間には余裕をみてください。那覇空港から車で約15分が公式の目安で、交通や荷物の量に合わせて移動方法を選べます。

ハーバービューと客室の選び方

全室ハーバービューで、ダブルやツインのほか、アーティストが手がけた客室やスイートがあります。ダブルルームは20～23㎡でシャワーブースのみの案内です。浴槽のある客室もありますが、部屋ごとに設備が異なるため、湯船を使いたい場合は浴室条件を確認しましょう。館内のギャラリーは展示内容が変わるので、会期は訪問前に調べてください。

滞在時間・清掃・駐車場

通常のチェックインは15:00、チェックアウトは11:00です。利用プランに異なる指定がある場合は予約条件を確認してください。現行の清掃案内は3日目に1回、その後は1日おきで、2泊では滞在中の清掃はありません。駐車場は先着順で1泊1台1,500円。満車時は近隣の有料駐車場を利用します。

2026年10月23日確認時、運営者はホテルを装う不審な予約確認メッセージへの注意を案内しています。公式の続報では予約は有効で宿泊サービスへの影響はないとされています。不審な支払い・カード再入力依頼は記載リンクを開かず、予約元またはホテル代表098-860-5151へ確認してください。宿泊料金は条件により変わります。沖縄県は2027年2月1日から宿泊税を導入予定です。対象日の税の扱いも予約時に確認してください。

Access from Miebashi and Tomari Port

The operator lists about twelve minutes on foot from Yui Rail Miebashi Station (990 m) and six minutes from the Tomarin passenger terminal. Rakuten’s property listing gives about fifteen minutes from Miebashi, so allow extra walking time. The operator estimates fifteen minutes by car from Naha Airport; choose transport to suit traffic and your luggage.

Harbour views and room selection

All rooms have harbour views. Options include doubles, twins, artist-designed rooms and suites. The 20–23 m² double rooms are listed with shower booths only. Some other categories have bathtubs, so check the bathroom specification if a bath matters to you. Gallery exhibitions change; check their dates before visiting.

Stay times, housekeeping and parking

Standard check-in is 15:00 and checkout is 11:00. Follow any different terms in your booking. Current housekeeping guidance provides cleaning on the third day and every other day afterwards; a two-night stay receives no cleaning during the stay. Parking is first come, first served at ¥1,500 per car per night. Use nearby paid parking when full.

Information before and after booking

When checked on 23 October 2026, the operator warned about suspicious messages impersonating the hotel. Its follow-up notice says reservations remain valid and accommodation services are unaffected. Do not open links in suspicious payment or card re-entry requests; confirm with your booking provider or the hotel on 098-860-5151. Rates vary by booking conditions. Okinawa plans to introduce accommodation tax on 1 February 2027; check how it is handled for your stay.
