一人旅から和室のグループまで
スタンダードシングルは13.5平方メートル、スーペリアシングルは15.6平方メートルで、どちらも幅122センチのベッドです。ダブルは23.5平方メートル、ツインは31.3平方メートル。和室には40.5平方メートル・5名までと、46.9平方メートル・6名までのタイプがあります。禁煙・喫煙の部屋があり、客室内の浴室はバリアフリー仕様ではありません。
定食の朝食と二つの食事場所
朝食は6時30分～9時、本館一階の番匠亭で定食形式です。宿泊棟から会場へは一部屋根のない通路を通り、雨の日は傘を使う移動になります。番匠亭は昼11～14時、夜17～21時（日曜20時30分まで）。マリアンジュは11～17時、14時以降は喫茶のみ、火曜休みです。朝食付きの宿泊と、昼夜のレストラン利用を組み合わせられます。
子どもの添い寝と浴室の条件
大浴場はなく、各客室のユニットバスを使います。添い寝できるのは未就学児のみで、一つのベッドにつき一人まで。添い寝用のタオル等はなく、朝食には年齢に応じた料金がかかります。ベビーベッドは対応できる部屋が限られるため事前の手配が必要です。補助犬を除きペット同伴宿泊は不可。宿泊者以外との面会は、客室ではなくロビーを使う条件です。
駅前の立地と予約不要の駐車場

Rooms for solo travelers and groups
Standard singles measure 13.5 square meters and superior singles 15.6, both with 122-centimeter beds. Doubles are 23.5 square meters and twins 31.3. Japanese-style rooms offer 40.5 square meters for up to five or 46.9 for up to six. Both smoking and nonsmoking rooms exist. Bathrooms inside the rooms are not designed as barrier-free facilities.
Set breakfast and dining options
Breakfast is a set meal at Banshotei, 06:30–09:00. Part of the route from the accommodation building is uncovered, so an umbrella is useful in rain. Banshotei also serves lunch 11:00–14:00 and dinner 17:00–21:00, until 20:30 Sundays. Mariange opens 11:00–17:00, café service only after 14:00, closed Tuesdays. Coordinate the stay with the restaurants’ separate hours.
Bed sharing and bathing arrangements
Bathing is in the room’s unit bathroom; there is no communal bath. Bed sharing is limited to one preschool child per bed, without separate towels or amenities, and breakfast is charged according to age. Baby cots require advance arrangements because suitable rooms are limited. Pets other than assistance dogs cannot stay. Meet nonresident visitors in the lobby rather than bringing them to guest rooms.
Station access and unreserved parking
Check in from 15:00 and out by 10:00. The hotel is a few minutes on foot from Saiki Station or around fifteen minutes by car from Saiki IC. Free outdoor surface parking around the accommodation building holds up to eighty vehicles, including large vehicles, first come without reservations.
