客室は全274室で、シングルユースにも使えるダブル・ツインのほか、トリプル、和室、スイートなどがあります。客室階への移動にはカードキーを使い、フロントは3階です。通常のチェックインは15時、チェックアウトは11時。24時以降は入口が施錠され、カードキーまたはインターホンで入館します。
トリニテの浴場とサウナ
4階のトリニテは宿泊者専用で、無料で利用できます。営業時間は17～23時と6～9時。男性浴場にドライサウナ、女性浴場にミストサウナを備えます。タオル類は客室から持参する方式で、おむつの取れていない子どもや、入れ墨・タトゥーのある人は利用できません。
姫路の味を含む朝食と夜間予定
朝食は6時30分～10時、ラストオーダー9時30分です。税込・サービス料込みで10歳以上3,500円、6～9歳1,750円、未就学児無料。穴子めし、姫路おでん、アーモンドトーストなどの郷土料理を含み、内容は日によって変わります。2026年11月6日夜～18日朝の平日23～翌5時は線路夜間工事が予定され、作業音が生じる場合があります。2027年2月1日の宿泊は翌2日1～5時に全館停電予定で、照明・空調・コンセント・通信や給湯給水等が止まり、機械式駐車場も出入庫できません。

The 274 non-smoking rooms include doubles, twins, triples, Japanese rooms and suites. Card keys control access to guest floors, and reception is on the third floor. Standard check-in is 15:00 and checkout 11:00. The entrance is locked after midnight, with access by card key or intercom.
Trinite baths and saunas
Trinite on the fourth floor is reserved for overnight guests and is free to use, opening 17:00–23:00 and 06:00–09:00. The men’s bath has a dry sauna and the women’s a mist sauna. Guests bring towels from their rooms. Children still in nappies and guests with tattoos cannot use the facility.
Local breakfast dishes and overnight work schedules
Breakfast runs 06:30–10:00, last orders 09:30. Tax and service included, it costs ¥3,500 for ages ten+, ¥1,750 for ages six–nine, with preschoolers free. Rotating regional choices include conger-eel rice, Himeji oden and almond toast. Weekday railway works are planned 23:00–05:00 from November 6 night through November 18 morning, 2026 and may produce noise. Guests staying February 1, 2027 face a planned full power outage on February 2, 01:00–05:00: lighting, air-conditioning, sockets, communications and water services are affected, and the mechanical car park cannot admit or release cars.

The hotel connects to the east ticket gate of JR Himeji Station; Himeji Castle is roughly fifteen minutes away on foot. Overnight parking costs ¥1,000 on a first-come basis.
