13㎡の客室と4人用のデラックス
ダブル33室とツイン3室は13平方メートルで、各2人まで。ダブルは幅140センチのベッド1台、ツインは幅110センチのベッド2台です。デラックスツイン3室は24平方メートル・最大4人で、幅140センチのベッド2台とミニキッチン、ダイニングテーブル、独立洗面台を備えます。料金例はダブル1人6,200円～、2人8,700円～、デラックス2人18,800円～の1室1泊です。人数と日程で料金が変わります。
無料軽食を部屋の電子レンジで温める
無料の軽食コーナーとドリンクコーナーがあり、軽食は客室の電子レンジで温めて食べる形です。レストランで取る朝食ビュッフェとは違い、部屋で食事を済ませたい滞在に使えます。客室には冷凍冷蔵庫、電気ポット、加湿空気清浄機などがあり、共有のコインランドリーと自動販売機も用意されています。客室は全室禁煙で、喫煙は敷地内の指定スペースを利用します。ペットは同伴できません。
再開後の設備条件と予約の扱い
営業は2026年8月24日に再開しました。破損した備品の交換を進めており、一部の客室備品を利用できない場合があります。また災害時には自治体の要請に基づく避難者受入れなどに客室が使われ、一般宿泊の提供が制限される場合があります。休館中に取り消された予約は自動復元されず、改めて予約が必要です。8月20日の予約再開後の申込みで、宿泊者都合の取消しは宿泊約款に定める取消料の対象となります。

西片町1894-1、八代ICから車約5分、新八代駅から徒歩17分・タクシー約8分です。普通車・軽自動車の専用駐車場は43台無料。2トントラック以上の大型車は事前連絡が必要です。駐車場には24時間利用できるEV充電スタンド2か所があります。チェックインは15～23時で、23時を過ぎる到着はできません。電話受付は当面7～10時・14～22時となっており、宿泊の到着可能時間とは別の設定です。

Thirteen-square-metre rooms and a larger family option
There are thirty-three doubles and three twins, each thirteen square metres for up to two people. Doubles have one 140-centimetre bed; twins have two 110-centimetre beds. Three deluxe twins measure twenty-four square metres for up to four, with two 140-centimetre beds, a kitchenette, dining table and separate washbasin. Published examples per room per night start at ¥6,200 for one in a double, ¥8,700 for two, or ¥18,800 for two in a deluxe twin. Rates vary by date and occupancy.
Warm the complimentary light meal in the room
Complimentary light-meal and drink corners are provided; warm the food in the room’s microwave. This is an in-room light-meal service rather than a restaurant breakfast buffet. Room equipment also includes a fridge-freezer, electric kettle and humidifying air purifier, with shared coin laundry and vending machines available. All rooms are non-smoking; use the designated outdoor smoking space. Pets are not admitted.
Post-reopening equipment and booking conditions
Operations resumed August 24, 2026. Replacement of damaged items has been progressing, and some in-room equipment may be unavailable. Rooms may also be used for evacuees or other disaster response at municipal request, potentially limiting general accommodation. Reservations cancelled during the closure are not restored automatically and must be booked again. For reservations made after booking reopened on August 20, guest-initiated cancellations are subject to the hotel’s standard cancellation terms.
Free parking and the 23:00 arrival deadline
At 1894-1 Nishikatamachi, the hotel is around five minutes by car from Yatsushiro Interchange or seventeen minutes on foot/eight by taxi from Shin-Yatsushiro Station. Forty-three ordinary/kei-car spaces are free. Trucks in the two-tonne class and larger require advance contact. Two EV charging points in the car park operate twenty-four hours. Check-in is strictly 15:00–23:00; arrival later is not accepted. Telephone enquiries are temporarily handled 07:00–10:00 and 14:00–22:00, a separate schedule from guest arrival.
