朝食はレストラン花茶屋で6時30分～9時、宿泊者は無料の和洋バイキングです。宿泊者以外の朝食利用は終了しています。夕食の花々亭は18時～21時30分、ラストオーダー21時で、日曜と祝日は休みます。うどんや丼、カレー、一品料理などを用意。朝食と夕食は時間と利用条件が異なるため、夜の到着日が日曜・祝日の場合は市内で食事する行程も選べます。
夜と早朝に使える人工温泉大浴場
一階に男女別のラジウム人工温泉大浴場「旅人の湯」があります。利用は15時から翌2時と、5時から10時までで、深夜と朝の二つの時間帯に分かれます。女性浴場はフロントで受け取るパスワードカードを利用。タオルは客室から持参し、館内では客室に備える甚平とスリッパで過ごせます。ロビーのセルフコーヒーは6時30分～10時・15～22時です。

Breakfast for guests and dinner opening days
Hanachaya serves a free Japanese/Western buffet to overnight guests, 06:30–09:00; outside breakfast use has ended. Dinner at Hanahanatei runs 18:00–21:30, last orders 21:00, closed Sundays and national holidays. Choices include udon, rice bowls, curry and small dishes. If arriving on a dinner closing day, arrange an evening meal elsewhere in the city.
Artificial-mineral baths late at night and early morning
The first-floor Tabibito-no-Yu baths use artificial mineral water and are separated by gender. Opening periods are 15:00–02:00 and 05:00–10:00. Women receive an access password card at reception. Bring towels from the room; the supplied jinbei and slippers can be worn inside the hotel. Lobby self-service coffee runs 06:30–10:00 and 15:00–22:00.
Parking, charging and current booking arrangements
Seventy-four free surface spaces are first come. Six-kilowatt normal EV charging can be reserved by overnight guests for one vehicle per person per day, 15:00–10:00. Nonguests may use it first come on days without guest reservations. An October 15, 2026 notice says a system problem may prevent phone/front-desk reservations and directs customers to online booking; stays themselves are stated to be unaffected.
