Tensui combines coastal accommodation, onsen bathing and restaurant dining in Kaike. Choose Japanese, mixed or modern Japanese categories, selecting a guaranteed sea-facing option when that view matters. Meals are buffet-based rather than in-room service. Beyond the seasonal summer pool, rooms and baths provide the basis of an autumn seaside stay.

海側の部屋と子どもの宿泊
標準チェックイン15時、チェックアウト10時です。全室禁煙で、喫煙は1・2階の専用室を使います。海の景色を希望する場合は海側客室確約、海側上階、和モダンTHE HORIZONなどの区分を選びます。子どもは4～5歳で食事・布団なしの施設使用料4,400円、6～12歳は食事・布団付きで大人の70～100％が目安です。子どもの食事や寝具を含む条件を部屋と合わせて選べます。
温泉の時間と別館の貸切風呂
大浴場と露天風呂は自家源泉の温泉で、15～24時と6～10時に利用します。男女の入替はなく、サウナはありますが水風呂はありません。バスタオルは客室から持参し、フェイスタオルは浴場側にあります。天水館内に貸切風呂はなく、姉妹館華水亭の貸切を50分2,200円で利用する案内です。チェックイン後の当日予約制なので、館内の大浴場と追加の貸切体験を分けて選べます。
90分制の夕食と朝食ビュッフェ
夕朝食の会場は1階レストラン渚亭です。夕食は90分制で通常17時30分または19時30分開始、LO21時・閉店21時30分。繁忙日は17時開始など枠が変わります。朝食は7～9時で、繁忙日に時間制限があります。部屋食の対応はありません。日帰り入浴は15～21時受付、大人1,200円、3歳以上の小人600円、中学生は大人料金で、混雑日は開始変更や休止があります。
観光センター迎えと館内の段差
皆生温泉4-18-45にあり、米子駅から皆生温泉行きバス約20分、タクシー約15分です。観光センターへ到着後、宿へ電話すると迎え対応があります。無料駐車場は約100台。玄関に車椅子用スロープ、フロント横に対応トイレ、貸出車椅子2台がありますが、全館がバリアフリーではなく、畳の和室へ車椅子では入れません。ペットと同室宿泊はできず、犬の別施設は姉妹館で事前予約する扱いです。

Sea-facing rooms and child arrangements
Standard check-in is 15:00 and checkout 10:00. Every room is nonsmoking; smoking rooms are provided on the first and second floors. For a sea view, choose a specifically guaranteed sea-facing, upper-floor or THE HORIZON category. Children aged four or five without meals or bedding incur a ¥4,400 facility fee; ages six to twelve with meals and bedding are generally seventy to one hundred per cent of the adult charge. Match the room with the required child meal and bedding arrangement.
Shared onsen hours and private bathing next door
The shared indoor and outdoor baths use the hotel’s own source and operate 15:00–24:00 and 06:00–10:00 without gender rotation. A sauna is provided but no cold plunge. Bring the room’s bath towel; face towels are available at the baths. Tensui has no private bath within its own building. Instead, guests may arrange a fifty-minute, ¥2,200 session at sister hotel Kasuitei, booked on the day after check-in. Treat that as an additional arrangement rather than an included in-room facility.
Ninety-minute dinner and breakfast buffets
Meals are served at Nagisatei on the first floor. Dinner normally starts at 17:30 or 19:30 for ninety minutes, with last orders at 21:00 and closure at 21:30; busy dates can introduce starts such as 17:00. Breakfast runs 07:00–09:00, with timed limits on busy dates. In-room dining is unavailable. Day-bath reception is 15:00–21:00, ¥1,200 adults or ¥600 children from age three; junior-high pupils pay the adult rate. Busy dates can change or suspend day reception.
Bus-centre pickup and mobility conditions
At 4-18-45 Kaike Onsen, the hotel is around twenty minutes by Kaike-bound bus or fifteen by taxi from Yonago Station. Call after reaching the tourist bus centre for pickup. Parking for about one hundred cars is free. An entrance ramp, accessible toilet and two loan wheelchairs are available, but the entire building is not step-free and wheelchairs cannot enter tatami rooms. Pets cannot stay in guest rooms; the separate dog facility at the sister property requires advance booking.
