Nanbuya Kaisenkaku stands beside Mutsu Bay in Asamushi Onsen. A stay combines bathing with sea views and evening performances featuring Tsugaru shamisen or Nebuta festival music. Sea-facing and mountain-facing rooms, dining arrangements and performance packages provide different ways to spend the visit.

海側・山側と客室露天風呂を選ぶ

むつ湾スイート、ラグジュアリーツイン、和モダンツインや和室は、海を望む部屋を選びたいときの候補です。山側ツイン・シングルもあるため、眺望は部屋タイプで確認します。掘りごたつのある部屋とベッドのある部屋では、くつろぎ方も変わります。

むつ湾スイートとラグジュアリーツインには客室露天風呂があります。全客室が露天風呂付きというわけではないため、眺望と浴室設備を合わせて選びます。通常の滞在時間は15時から翌10時までで、延長特典などが付くプランはその条件が適用されます。

9階の展望温泉と利用条件

男性用「ゆのしま」、女性用「うみ」は、それぞれ展望温泉と露天風呂を備えています。浴場ページの案内は15時～翌1時、朝5時～9時30分で、朝の最終入場は9時。男女の浴場入替は行いません。日帰り入浴は受け付けていません。

小学生以上の子供は異性の浴場を利用できず、入れ墨・タトゥーのある方は展望温泉を利用できません。浴室・脱衣室への携帯電話や撮影機材の持込みも禁止です。FAQには朝10時までという記載もあるため、滞在日の終了時刻は館内案内を優先してください。

二つのライブと食事プラン

2階のねぶたダイニング「龍王」で行う「じゃわめぎナイト」は19時45分～20時30分。専用プランを選んだ宿泊者が対象で、ねぶた囃子、津軽の民謡や手踊りなどを組み合わせた催しです。通常の宿泊予約だけで参加できる催しとは区別して選びます。

「津軽三味線アドハダリLIVE」は1階ロビー舞台で20時45分～21時15分に案内されています。どちらも通常は休館日を除く毎晩の開催ですが、休演する場合があります。夕食は会席料理やライブビュッフェなどプランごとに異なり、食事会場と催しの時間を合わせて選ぶと落ち着いて楽しめます。

駅からの到着と駐車場

青い森鉄道の浅虫温泉駅から約140m、徒歩約2～3分です。駅から近いため、鉄道で移動してから荷物を置き、温泉街を歩く滞在にも向いています。青森駅と新幹線の新青森駅は別の駅なので、鉄道利用では乗換え時間も含めて予定を組みます。

無料駐車場は建物の正面と横にあります。子供の食事・寝具や滞在時間は予約する商品により条件が変わるため、部屋の定員だけでなくプランの内訳も確認して予約します。

Choosing a view and a room with an outdoor bath

The Mutsu Bay Suite, Luxury Twin, Japanese-modern twin and Japanese-style rooms offer options for a sea-facing stay. Mountain-facing twins and singles are also available, so check the view attached to the room category. Rooms with recessed kotatsu seating and rooms with beds offer different ways to relax.

The Mutsu Bay Suite and Luxury Twin include private outdoor baths. These are features of specific categories, so choose the view and bathing facilities together. Standard occupancy runs from 15:00 to 10:00 the following day; packages with extended-stay benefits have their own conditions.

Ninth-floor bathing and admission rules

The men’s Yunoshima and women’s Umi each have panoramic and outdoor baths. The bath page lists 15:00–01:00 and 05:00–09:30, with last morning entry at 09:00. The men’s and women’s facilities do not switch, and day-use bathing is not offered.

Children of primary-school age and above cannot enter the opposite-sex bath, and guests with tattoos are not admitted to the panoramic baths. Phones and photography equipment are also prohibited in the bathing and changing areas. The FAQ lists a 10:00 finish; follow the on-site schedule for the day of your stay.

Two performances and dining packages

Jawamegi Night takes place in the second-floor Ryuo Nebuta dining venue from 19:45 to 20:30. It is for guests choosing a dedicated package and combines Nebuta festival music with Tsugaru folk singing and dance. Select the appropriate package if this performance is part of your plans.

Tsugaru Shamisen Adohadari LIVE is listed for 20:45–21:15 on the first-floor lobby stage. Both performances are normally nightly except on closure days, but cancellations are possible. Dinner arrangements vary, including kaiseki and a buffet with live cooking; matching the meal venue and performance times helps make the evening comfortable.

Arriving by train or car

The inn is about 140 m, or roughly two to three minutes on foot, from Asamushi-Onsen Station on Aoimori Railway. Its station-side location suits arriving by rail, leaving luggage and walking through the hot-spring town. Aomori and the Shinkansen station Shin-Aomori are separate stations, so allow for transfers.

Free parking is provided in front of and beside the building. Children’s meals, bedding and stay duration depend on the booked product, so check the package inclusions as well as the room’s occupancy limit.
