二つの寝室と露天風呂を一組で使う

明治創業の丸与木材の本家を改修した一棟貸しです。1階にラウンジ、趣の異なるツインルーム2室と露天風呂、2階に大広間とライブラリーがあります。室内は約170㎡、庭は約40㎡で、定員は4名です。主寝室から戸外の檜風呂へつながり、上階では川沿いの景色を眺められます。部屋を個別に予約する宿ではなく、建物全体を一組で利用します。

一泊朝食付き110,000円は一棟の料金

2026年9月からの一泊朝食付き料金は、一棟110,000円税込、4名までの利用で、2名でも同額です。一人当たりの料金ではありません。朝食は8～9時30分の案内。夕食を加える場合は近隣提携レストランの予約代行や宿での食事プランがあり、朝食のみの一棟料金とは内容が異なります。日の出での夕食は予約申込後に席を確認するため、申込だけで席の確保が完了するものではありません。

15～18時のチェックインとスタッフ対応

チェックインは15～18時、チェックアウトは11時です。到着時と出発時はスタッフが対応し、チェックイン後は退室します。到着日2日前の直前予約はオンライン受付の対象外で、電話での手配になります。一日一組のため、同行者が揃う時刻と食事の予定を決めて到着できます。宿泊料金は利用人数や食事の条件を含むプラン単位で確認して予約します。

船馬町の所在地と北側の無料駐車

所在地は船馬町23です。桑名駅からタクシーで約5分、敷地北側に無料駐車場7台があります。七里の渡しや住吉神社のある川沿いを歩く滞在に組み込め、六華苑など市街地の文化施設にも足を延ばせます。2階の大広間やライブラリーと1階の寝室を使う一棟なので、建物で休む時間と外出する時間を分けて過ごせます。

桑名市の観光・食事と滞在を組み合わせる

川沿いの宿泊に六華苑の見学と予約した蛤料理を組み合わせられます。日の出の席は申込だけでは確保されないため、予約成立後に夕食を組み込みます。六華苑Pは17時終了なので、夜の食事とは駐車を分けて回れます。

Two bedrooms and an open-air bath for one group

The former family house of Maruyo timber merchants, founded in the Meiji era, is let as a whole. The ground floor contains a lounge, two distinct twin bedrooms and an open-air bath; upstairs are a large hall and library. Indoor space is about 170m² with a roughly 40m² garden, for up to four guests. An outdoor hinoki bath adjoins the main bedroom, while upstairs overlooks the riverside. The booking covers the entire house rather than individual bedrooms.

The ¥110,000 breakfast-inclusive rate is per house

From September 2026 the house costs ¥110,000 per night including breakfast and consumption tax, for up to four guests; two guests pay the same total. It is not a per-person rate. Breakfast is listed at 8:00–9:30. Dinner options involve partner-restaurant reservations or an in-house meal plan and differ from the breakfast-only house rate. For dining at Hinode, seats are checked after the request, so the initial application alone does not confirm a table.

Arrival between 15:00 and 18:00 and staff arrangements

Check-in is 15:00–18:00 and checkout 11:00. Staff assist with arrival and departure, then leave after check-in. Last-minute bookings two days before arrival are not accepted online and are arranged by telephone. With one group per day, coordinate the party’s arrival and meal plans. Book the accommodation plan matching the intended party and meal arrangements.

Senbacho location and free parking to the north

The address is 23 Senbacho, around five minutes by taxi from Kuwana Station, with seven free parking spaces north of the property. Add walks near the former Shichiri crossing and Sumiyoshi Shrine or trips to central cultural sites such as Rokkaen. The bedrooms are downstairs and the hall and library upstairs, providing different spaces for time at the house between outings.

Combine Kuwana visits, dining and a stay

Combine the riverside house with Rokkaen and a reserved clam meal. Hinode seats are not secured merely by an initial request; arrange dinner after confirmation. Rokkaen parking finishes at 17:00, requiring separate arrangements for evening dining.
