日の出は、桑名の蛤を鍋や会席で味わう完全予約制の料理店です。9室の個室で料理をいただき、蛤鍋では鍋料理に天ぷらや雑炊・麺などを組み合わせます。通常は夜の利用が中心で、昼食を予定する場合は年間の限定営業日と予約条件が大切になります。

蛤鍋と蛤会席、季節会席を選ぶ

蛤鍋の基本コースは口取、鍋、天ぷら、雑炊又は麺類、香の物、水物などを組み合わせ、焼蛤は希望に応じる案内です。蛤会席には潮汁、お刺身、焼蛤、一人鍋、天ぷら、バター焼、時雨釜飯などの献立があります。料理内容は季節や仕入れで変わります。季節会席は4名以上、蛤料理の通常予約は2名からです。

料理代と税・サービス料、子どもの利用

蛤鍋は12,000・13,000・15,000・18,000円、蛤会席は13,000・14,500・16,500・19,500円で、いずれも料理代に税とサービス料が別途かかります。2026年4月の改定額は8月15日以降も継続しています。料理を取らない大人の席料は2,000円で税・サ別。未就学児は土日祝日のみ利用でき、平日は利用できません。店内は完全個室です。

通常の電話予約と2027年の先行抽選

通常の予約は2名から電話で受け付け、受付時間は営業日の11～17時です。夜は17～21時30分、最終入店18時30分。2026年の今後の昼営業は11月23日の11時30分～14時30分で、当日の夜は休業予定です。10月の残る休業日は28日・29日です。2027年4月1日～8月15日分の先行抽選は、2026年11月1～30日に公式サイトの専用フォームで申込予定です。抽選申込だけでは予約成立せず、当選者へ12月末までに電話連絡する案内です。

川口町の住所と到着・取消条件

所在地は川口町19、電話0594-22-0657です。予約した人数と入店時刻を揃えて到着します。通常予約の取消料は3日前まで無料、2日前20％、前日30％、当日50％で、当日13時以降は100％です。昼の予約の当日取消は100％になります。店への予約確認を済ませてから移動や宿泊と組み合わせられます。

桑名市の観光・食事と滞在を組み合わせる

完全予約制の夕食を先に確保し、昼に六華苑を見学して船馬町で泊まる行程にできます。六華苑Pは17時閉鎖なので、そのまま夜の食事中も駐車する予定にはせず、宿や食事に合う駐車へ移動して回れます。

Hinode serves Kuwana hamaguri clams as hot-pot courses and kaiseki meals by reservation, in nine private rooms. Hot-pot menus combine the main dish with items such as tempura and rice porridge or noodles. Visits usually centre on dinner, while lunch requires attention to the limited annual dates and booking arrangements.

Choose hamaguri hot pot, clam kaiseki or seasonal kaiseki

The basic hamaguri hot-pot course combines an opening dish, hot pot, tempura, rice porridge or noodles, pickles and dessert, with grilled clams on request. Clam kaiseki menus include clear clam soup, sashimi, grilled clams, an individual hot pot, tempura, butter-grilled clams and shigure rice. Dishes vary with season and supply. Seasonal kaiseki requires four or more diners; regular clam-course bookings start at two.

Course charges, tax and service, and children

Hot-pot courses cost ¥12,000, ¥13,000, ¥15,000 or ¥18,000; clam kaiseki costs ¥13,000, ¥14,500, ¥16,500 or ¥19,500, with tax and service added. April 2026 rates continue beyond August 15. Adults not ordering food incur a ¥2,000 seating charge before tax and service. Preschool children are admitted only on weekends and holidays, not weekdays. Dining is in private rooms.

Telephone bookings and the 2027 advance lottery

Ordinary reservations are accepted by phone for two or more, on open days 11:00–17:00. Dinner is 17:00–21:30, final entry 18:30. The remaining 2026 lunch date is November 23, 11:30–14:30, with no dinner that day. The remaining October closure dates are October 28 and 29. An advance lottery for April 1–August 15, 2027 is scheduled to accept applications through the official form November 1–30, 2026. Applying does not confirm a reservation; successful applicants are to be contacted by phone by the end of December.

Kawaguchicho address, arrival and cancellation

The address is 19 Kawaguchicho, telephone 0594-22-0657. Coordinate the party size and arrival time with the confirmed reservation. Ordinary cancellation charges are zero until three days before, 20% two days before, 30% the previous day and 50% on the day, rising to 100% after 13:00 that day. Same-day lunch cancellation incurs 100%. Arrange transport and accommodation around the confirmed restaurant booking.

Combine Kuwana visits, dining and a stay

Confirm dinner first, then combine a daytime Rokkaen visit with a Senbacho stay. Rokkaen parking closes at 17:00; move to parking appropriate for the accommodation or meal before evening dining.
