バンガローを選ぶ川辺の宿泊
小半は「おながら」と読み、施設は本匠大字小半107にあります。川のそばの山に囲まれた環境で、バンガローのみを受け入れるキャンプ場です。5人棟七棟、10人棟三棟、50人棟一棟があり、家族や友人の宿泊から大人数の研修まで選べます。近くには本匠の大水車があり、川沿いの滞在と地域の景観を組み合わせられます。
五人・十人・五十人棟の設備の違い
一泊の料金は5人棟5000円、10人棟7200円、50人棟28100円です。5人棟には二段ベッド一組、10人棟には二組があり、どちらも照明・電源と1時間100円のエアコンを備えます。50人棟にはテーブルと椅子がある一方、ベッドとエアコンはありません。料金だけでなく、寝る人数と室内の設備を合わせて棟を選ぶ仕組みです。
寝具と自炊道具を持参する
寝具や調理道具の貸出はありません。二段ベッドがある棟でも寝具は持参し、自炊をする場合は調理に必要な物をそろえて利用します。トイレと炊事棟、シャワーは共用で、シャワーは有料です。無料Wi-Fiがあります。受付を兼ねる水車茶屋なのはなでは食事や予約制のそば打ち体験も行っており、宿泊とは別に組み合わせる選択肢になります。

チェックインは14時から、チェックアウトは10時までです。受付・予約先は水車茶屋なのはなで、夜間は管理人がいません。駐車場はありますが、バンガローに車を横付けできない棟もあります。棟へ運ぶ荷物と寝具、自炊道具をまとめて準備し、到着後は共用設備の位置も把握して過ごせます。道の駅やよいからは上小倉交差点で県道35号へ入り、車で約15分の行程です。

Bungalow accommodation beside the river
Onagara is written 小半 and lies at 107 Honjo Onagara. Surrounded by hills beside the river, the campground offers bungalows only. Seven five-person, three ten-person and one fifty-person building serve families, friends and larger training groups. The nearby large Honjo waterwheel adds a local landmark to the riverside stay.
Differences between five-, ten- and fifty-person units
Nightly rates are ¥5,000 for five people, ¥7,200 for ten and ¥28,100 for fifty. Five-person units have one bunk-bed set and ten-person units two; both include lighting, electricity and air conditioning at ¥100/hour. The large unit has tables and chairs but no beds or air conditioning. Select by sleeping arrangements as well as capacity and price.
Bring bedding and cooking equipment
There is no rental of bedding or cookware. Even units with bunk beds require bedding to be brought; self-caterers also need their own cooking equipment. Toilets, cooking facilities and paid showers are shared, and free Wi-Fi is available. Nanohana, which handles reception, separately offers meals and reserved soba-making experiences that can be combined with the stay.
Arrival from fourteen and nighttime arrangements
Check in from 14:00 and out by 10:00. Reservations and reception are handled at Nanohana; no caretaker stays overnight. Parking exists, although some bungalows cannot be reached directly by car. Organize bedding and cooking gear for carrying to the building, and locate shared facilities on arrival. From Michi-no-Eki Yayoi, turn onto prefectural road 35 at Kamikokura; the published onward drive is around fifteen minutes.
