客室とロビーは2023年に改装し、津軽びいどろ、津軽焼、こぎん刺しなど地域の工芸を取り入れています。2026年4月15日には朝食会場も刷新され、食事だけでなく時間帯によってラウンジとして使える空間になりました。館内で過ごす時間も旅の一部として楽しめます。

客室は全175室で、通常のチェックインは14時、アウトは11時です。館内は無料Wi-Fiに対応し、クロスタワーA-BAYの1階にはローソンがあります。到着時刻が予約時の予定から2時間以上変わる場合はホテルへの連絡が必要で、夜遅い移動ではこの点も予定に含めます。

小鍋料理とりんごを楽しむ朝食

朝食は青森の食材を使ったビュッフェに、小鍋で仕上げるメイン料理を組み合わせています。金目鯛のしゃぶしゃぶや貝焼き味噌、りんごを使った料理・菓子などが案内され、メニューは仕入れにより変わります。料理だけでなく、こぎん刺しの暖簾やブナコ照明などの空間にも地域性があります。

5階会場の営業時間は6時30分～10時、ラストオーダー9時30分。宿泊者は大人2,500円、小学生1,500円、未就学児無料で、すべて税込です。朝食付きプランなら追加料金なし。外来利用の大人は3,000円で、宿泊者の2,500円と対象が異なります。

昼と夜で内容が変わる宿泊者ラウンジ

ラウンジは宿泊者専用で、13～17時はソフトドリンクを用意し、りんごジュースの飲み比べも案内しています。飲み比べは提供状況によって終了する場合があるため、必ず全種類がそろう特典とはせず、滞在中に楽しめる内容を見て利用できます。

17～22時はソフトドリンクにビール・ワイン・日本酒などが加わります。一方、追加料金の地酒やおつまみもあり、すべての飲食が無料という仕組みではありません。フロントで販売するロイヤルホスト デリの商品をラウンジで味わう利用方法もあります。

子供連れと設備を必要とする滞在

添い寝はベッド1台につき小学生以下の子供1人まで無料ですが、部屋タイプと大人の利用人数による制限があります。モデレートツインを大人1人で利用し、子供の添い寝を希望する場合は2人利用として予約します。寝具の追加はなく、中学生以上は大人料金。朝食の小学生料金は別途必要です。

禁煙のバリアフリールームは1室のみで、希望時は事前にホテルへ連絡します。ベビーベッドやベッドガードも台数限定です。館内には有料コインランドリーがあり、チェックイン前・チェックアウト後の荷物預かりにも対応するため、移動日も身軽に街を歩けます。

立体駐車場と提携先の違い

隣接の契約立体駐車場は普通車20台・ハイルーフ10台で先着順、1泊1,000円。満車やサイズが合わない場合は近隣提携先を案内します。標準枠の制限は幅1.85m・長さ5.05m・重量1,850kg・高さ1.55mで、一部は高さ2.05mに対応します。

立体駐車場は0～7時に専門スタッフが不在のため、入出庫時はフロントに申し出ます。別の下新町駐車場は1泊900円の案内ですが、2～5時はシャッターが閉まり入出庫できません。時間外料金や車両制限は駐車場によって違うので、到着時刻と出発時刻に合う場所を選びます。

駅・空港バスからホテルへ

青森駅東口から徒歩約15分、車で約5分です。空港連絡バスでは柳町通りを降りて徒歩約1分。青森駅や新青森駅から市営バスを利用する場合は市役所前から徒歩約3分で、駅前立地とは異なる市街の拠点として考えると移動を組み立てやすくなります。

予約は泊まる日、部屋の種類、朝食の有無を合わせて選びます。深夜0時以降はエントランスが施錠されるため、到着時はインターホンで呼び出す案内です。車で遅く着く場合は駐車場の夜間条件も合わせ、宿泊先へ連絡してから向かうと手続きがまとまります。

A stay with Aomori craft details

The rooms and lobby were renewed in 2023 with regional crafts including Tsugaru glass, ceramics and kogin embroidery. On April 15, 2026, the breakfast venue was also renewed as a space that serves as a lounge later in the day. These details make time indoors part of the travel experience.

There are 175 rooms, with standard check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 11:00. Free Wi-Fi is available, and a Lawson operates on the first floor of Cross Tower A-BAY. Contact the hotel if arrival changes by more than two hours from the booked estimate, especially when planning a late journey.

Small-pot dishes and apples at breakfast

Breakfast combines a buffet of Aomori ingredients with a main dish finished in a small pot. Published examples include splendid alfonsino shabu-shabu, scallop and miso dishes, and apple-based dishes and sweets, with ingredients subject to change. Kogin curtains and Bunaco lighting carry the regional theme into the setting.

The fifth-floor venue opens 06:30–10:00, with last orders at 09:30. Staying guests pay ¥2,500 for adults and ¥1,500 for elementary pupils, while preschool children eat free; all prices include tax. Breakfast-inclusive plans require no extra breakfast payment. The non-guest adult rate is ¥3,000, distinct from the ¥2,500 guest rate.

A guest lounge that changes through the day

The lounge is reserved for staying guests. From 13:00 to 17:00 it offers soft drinks and advertises an apple-juice tasting. The tasting may finish depending on supply, so it should not be treated as a guaranteed selection of every variety; enjoy what is available during the stay.

From 17:00 to 22:00, beer, wine and sake join the soft-drink selection. Some local drinks and snacks carry additional charges, so the lounge is not an unlimited free selection of every food and drink. Royal Host Deli products sold at reception can also be eaten there.

Families and accessible-room arrangements

One child of elementary-school age or younger may share each bed free of charge, subject to room type and the number of adults booked. A Moderate Twin used by one adult must be booked for two occupants if a child will share a bed. No extra bedding is included, junior-high pupils and older children pay the adult rate, and elementary pupils' breakfast costs extra.

Only one non-smoking accessible room is listed, and advance contact is required if it is needed. Cots and bed guards are also limited. A paid self-service laundry and luggage storage before check-in and after check-out help with longer stays and lighter sightseeing on travel days.

Mechanical and alternative contract parking

The adjacent contract mechanical car park has 20 standard and ten high-roof spaces, allocated first-come at ¥1,000 per night. Full or unsuitable vehicles are directed to nearby alternatives. Standard limits are 1.85 m width, 5.05 m length, 1,850 kg weight and 1.55 m height; some spaces accommodate heights up to 2.05 m.

Specialist attendants are absent from the mechanical car park between midnight and 07:00, when reception assists with arrivals and departures. The separate Shimoshinmachi option is listed at ¥900 per night, but its shutters prevent access from 02:00 to 05:00. Extra-time charges and vehicle limits vary by location, so match the choice to arrival and departure times.

Arriving by train or airport bus

The hotel is roughly 15 minutes on foot or five minutes by car from Aomori Station's east exit. From the airport bus, alight at Yanagimachi-dori for a walk of about one minute. Municipal-bus access from Aomori or Shin-Aomori uses Shiyakusho-mae, about three minutes away on foot. It is a city-centre base rather than a hotel immediately at the station.

Choose a plan matching the dates, room and breakfast requirements. The entrance locks after midnight; late arrivals use the intercom. When arriving by car at night, combine this with the parking arrangements and contact the hotel in advance so arrival and parking can be coordinated.
