新宿ワシントンホテルのANNEXは本館と別棟です。別館には337室があり、フロントは2階。本館のフロントは3階なので、予約確認書に書かれた館名を確かめて別館へ向かってください。

別館公式はシングル、ダブル、ツイン、トリプルなどの客室を案内しています。客室は全室禁煙で、2階に宿泊者用の有料コインランドリー、無料のセルフクロークがあります。クロークは宿泊当日に使える設備です。

新宿駅・都庁前駅からの徒歩

JR新宿駅南口から徒歩約8分、都営大江戸線都庁前駅から徒歩約5分です。新宿駅から本館までは地下道が通じていますが、別館は別棟です。地下道の通行時間は6:00～22:45と公式に案内されているため、夜間は地上ルートも確認してください。

通常チェックインは14:00、チェックアウトは11:00です。24時を過ぎる到着ではホテルへ連絡してください。本館地下の有料駐車場を別館宿泊者も利用でき、公式FAQは30分330円・24時間最大2,000円、宿泊割引なし、予約不可と案内しています。

The annex lists single, double, twin and triple room types. All guest rooms are non-smoking. A paid guest laundry and free self-service luggage storage are on floor 2; the storage service is for the day of your stay.

Walking from Shinjuku or Tocho-mae

The operator lists about eight minutes on foot from JR Shinjuku Station South Exit and five from Tocho-mae Station. An underground passage connects the station area to the main building, but the annex is separate. The passage is listed as open 06:00–22:45, so check a street-level route for late arrivals.

Check-in and shared parking

Standard check-in is 14:00 and checkout 11:00. Contact the hotel if arriving after midnight. Annex guests may use the paid car park beneath the main building. The official FAQ lists ¥330 per 30 minutes and a ¥2,000 maximum for 24 hours, with no guest discount or parking reservations.
