空港からのアクセスと送迎予約

那覇空港から車・タクシーで約20分、ゆいレール牧志駅からタクシーで約5分が公式の目安です。空港シャトルは2026年4月1日～2027年3月31日の期間限定で案内され、前日18:00までの予約が必要です。直接予約限定の便もあり、楽天など旅行予約サイト経由では対象外となる便があるため、利用できる区間と便をホテルへ確認してください。

正午から翌正午までの通常滞在

通常は12:00チェックイン、翌12:00チェックアウトです。宿泊プランで異なる時間が指定される場合は、その条件が優先されます。スタンダードフロアとクラブフロアがあり、クラブフロアにはラウンジでの手続きやティータイムなどの専用サービスが付くため、一般の客室との違いを予約時に確認しましょう。

バレット駐車と長期滞在

宿泊者向け駐車料金は1泊1台2,000円（税込）。車はそのまま正面玄関へ進み、バレットパーキングサービスに預ける方式です。同一ホテルでの長期滞在は5泊目まで有料、6泊目以降無料と案内されています。宿泊プランに特別な駐車条件がある場合はプラン内容を確認してください。

屋外プールとジムの営業条件

屋外プールは10月9:00～17:30、11月9:00～17:00で、12月～3月は休業と案内されています。アネックス1階のジムは宿泊者など対象者向けで7:00～22:00です。プールは天候や保守で変更される場合があるため、泳ぐ予定がある方は利用前に確認しましょう。宿泊料金は日付・客室・食事条件で変わります。沖縄県は2027年2月1日から宿泊税を導入予定です。対象日の税の扱いも予約時に確認してください。

Airport access and shuttle reservations

The operator lists about twenty minutes by car or taxi from Naha Airport and five minutes by taxi from Yui Rail Makishi Station. The airport shuttle is advertised for 1 April 2026–31 March 2027 and requires a reservation by 18:00 the previous day. Some departures are restricted to direct bookings and exclude reservations through sites such as Rakuten. Confirm the route and departures available to your booking.

Normal noon-to-noon stays

Standard check-in is at noon and checkout at noon the following day. Individual plans may specify different times. Standard and club floors are offered. Club-floor services include lounge check-in and tea service; confirm the differences from standard rooms when booking.

Valet parking and long stays

Guest parking costs ¥2,000 including tax per car per night. Drive to the main entrance, where staff provide valet parking. For a continuous stay at the same hotel, parking is charged through the fifth night and free from the sixth. Follow any special parking conditions in your selected plan.

Outdoor pool and gym hours

The outdoor pool is listed as open 09:00–17:30 in October and 09:00–17:00 in November, with closure from December through March. The gym on floor 1 of the annex serves eligible users including hotel guests and opens 07:00–22:00. Check weather and maintenance changes before planning a swim. Rates vary with dates, rooms and meals. Okinawa plans to introduce accommodation tax on 1 February 2027; check how it is handled for your stay.
