アーモンドを塗ってから焼くトースト
自家製のアーモンドバターは、アーモンドとマーガリンを使い、一つずつ手作業で作っています。1988年に完成した配合を引き継ぎ、甘さと香ばしさ、粒の食感が特徴です。パンに塗ってから焼き上げるトーストは、姫路の喫茶店文化に触れられる一品です。
