奈良の生産者とつながる食堂
奈良食堂は農園や畜産、味噌・醤油などの地元の生産者から食材を取り入れ、季節ごとに料理を作っています。場所は市役所分庁舎のあるミグランス1階で、ガラス窓の大きい空間に木や植物を配した造りです。店内での食事に加え、外の空気を感じるテラスも選べます。オープンキッチンを備え、昼は一皿のランチとサラダ、夜は前菜やグリルを分ける食事へと使い方が変わります。県内の食材を中心にした料理を、駅から徒歩圏の町なかで取れる場所です。
トマトのパスタと限定ハンバーグ
NALAパスタ「トマトソース」は1,628円税込で、自家製ベーコンと旬の野菜を合わせたパスタです。自家製フォカッチャとサラダバーを組み合わせます。里山ハンバーグランチ1,958円は1日20皿限定で、ヤマトポークと大和牛を使用し、デミグラスかネギ塩を選びます。ご飯またはフォカッチャとサラダ付きです。欧風カレー1,298円、ヤマトポークのしょうが焼き1,738円、6歳以下向けお子様プレート858円も掲載し、ドリンクバーは平日ラッキー275円、週末プレミアム378円税込を追加できます。
夜は炭焼きと前菜を分ける
ディナーには地元野菜を使う前菜盛り合わせ1,518円税込や、牛肉と鶏肉を組み合わせる炭焼きグリルの食べ比べ2,178円税込などがあります。食べ比べは2～3人向けの量として案内され、一人分の定食とは異なります。ほかにヤマトポークや奈良産牛、野菜を使う料理をそろえます。大きな集まりの貸切は約70名から、2週間前までに電話で相談する仕組みです。コース予約は前日50％、当日100％の取り消し条件があります。少人数の食事と貸切宴会では、料理の頼み方と予約の準備を分けて考えられます。

ランチ11～15時・ラストオーダー14時30分、ディナー17～22時・ラストオーダー21時です。15～17時は閉店し、材料やその日の提供数によってラストオーダーが変わる場合があります。現行の予約案内は12月30日～1月6日を休業としています。大和八木駅南口徒歩約4分、八木西口駅東口約6分、JR畝傍駅約7分。専用駐車場はなく近隣の有料駐車場を使います。店内は禁煙で、ペット同伴はテラス席のみです。カードや対応するQR決済を使えますが、電子マネーは利用できません。

A restaurant connected with Nara producers
The restaurant sources from local farms, livestock producers and makers of miso and soy sauce, adapting dishes to seasonal ingredients. It occupies the first floor of Migrans, the building containing municipal offices, with broad windows, wood and plants. Terrace seats complement the indoor space and open kitchen. Lunch centres on a main dish and salad, while evenings offer appetisers and grills to share. The location puts food based around Nara produce within a short walk of the station.
Tomato pasta and a limited hamburger lunch
NALA tomato-sauce pasta costs ¥1,628 including tax and combines homemade bacon with seasonal vegetables. It comes with homemade focaccia and the salad bar. Satoyama hamburger lunch, ¥1,958 and limited to twenty daily, combines Yamato pork and Yamato beef with a choice of demi-glace or spring-onion salt sauce, rice or focaccia, and salad. Other tax-inclusive choices include European-style curry ¥1,298, ginger pork ¥1,738 and a ¥858 children’s plate for ages six and under. The weekday Lucky drinks bar adds ¥275; the weekend Premium version adds ¥378, both including tax.
Sharing charcoal grills and appetisers at night
Evening choices include a tax-inclusive ¥1,518 appetiser platter with vegetables and a ¥2,178 charcoal-grill tasting combination of beef and chicken. The latter is described as a quantity for two or three people rather than an individual set meal. Other dishes use Yamato pork, Nara beef and vegetables. Private functions can be discussed by telephone from around seventy people, at least two weeks ahead. Course cancellations incur fifty percent the previous day and one hundred percent on the day. Small-party dining and a private event therefore involve different ordering and preparation.

The current booking information lists December 30–January 6 as closed. Walking times are about four minutes from Yamato-Yagi south exit, six from Yagi-Nishiguchi east exit and seven from JR Unebi. Use nearby paid parking, as there is no dedicated lot. Indoors is non-smoking; pets are allowed only on the terrace. Cards and supported QR payments are accepted, but electronic-money cards are not.
