ミグランス上層階の客室
大和八木駅から徒歩約3分。市役所分庁舎と同じミグランスに入り、1階の吹き抜け中央にあるホテルのサインからエレベーターで9階へ上がります。客室は17～18平方メートルのダブル、20～21平方メートルのツイン、23平方メートルのコーナーツイン、43平方メートルのスイートなど。多くの客室に小上がりソファがあり、無料Wi-Fiや冷蔵庫、館内着を備えます。通常は15時イン・11時アウト、公式サイトの対象会員予約には12時アウトの特典があります。
露天風呂と宿泊者の利用条件
スカイスパには男女別の露天風呂と内風呂があります。宿泊者の通常利用は15時～翌11時で、サウナは2～6時に使えません。21時30分～22時、4時～4時30分にはスタッフの清掃があります。タオルは客室から持参する方式です。おむつの取れていない子どもは利用できず、7歳以上は男女別、タトゥーがある人はカバーシールを使用します。日帰り利用は別料金・別の受付時間で、初回は顔写真付き身分証を用いた会員登録が必要です。宿泊者の長い利用時間と日帰り受付を分けて計画できます。
朝食と車で来る場合の料金
朝食は9階で6時30分～10時、最終受付9時30分です。宿泊者は中学生以上1,980円、小学生1,430円、3歳以上の未就学児880円、3歳未満無料。奈良漬けや古代米のお粥などを含む和洋ビュッフェです。外来朝食は月～土曜、前日23時までの利用可否確認が必要で、料金も宿泊者とは異なります。ホテルに専用・提携駐車場はありません。地下駐車場もホテル用ではなく、30分100円、1時間250円、以降1時間150円、24時間最大料金なしの通常料金となります。

2027年2月13日は12～17時の全館停電を予定しています。この日は会員を含む全員が11時までにチェックアウト、チェックインは17時からです。朝食は6～9時30分・最終9時、浴場は10時で終了し19時から再開します。チェックイン前後の荷物預かりと宅配便の受け取りは休止。連泊の清掃は簡易清掃のみで、通常清掃やベッドメイクは行いません。停電中は照明・空調・Wi-Fi・エレベーターに加え、水道やトイレも使えません。通常の会員特典や浴場時間とは異なる一日の条件です。

Guest rooms above Migrans
Yamato-Yagi Station is about three minutes away on foot. Enter Migrans, also housing municipal offices, and follow the hotel sign in the central first-floor atrium to the lifts for ninth-floor reception. Room choices include 17–18-square-metre doubles, 20–21-square-metre twins, 23-square-metre corner twins and a 43-square-metre suite. Many have raised sofa areas, with free Wi-Fi, refrigerator and indoor wear. Normal check-in is 15:00 and check-out 11:00; qualifying direct member bookings receive noon check-out.
Rooftop bathing and guest rules
Skyspa provides separate men’s and women’s indoor and open-air baths. Guest hours normally run 15:00–11:00 the next day; saunas are unavailable 2:00–6:00, and staff clean at 21:30–22:00 and 4:00–4:30. Bring towels from the room. Children still in nappies cannot use the spa; from age seven, use is separated by sex. Tattoos must be covered with cover stickers. Day visitors pay separately, follow different reception hours and initially register with photo identification. Those arrangements are distinct from the longer guest bathing window.
Breakfast and car-parking costs
Breakfast on the ninth floor runs 6:30–10:00, final reception 9:30. Guest prices are ¥1,980 from junior-high age, ¥1,430 for primary pupils, ¥880 for children aged three to preschool, and free under three. The Japanese and Western buffet includes items such as narazuke pickles and ancient-grain porridge. Non-guest breakfast is available Monday–Saturday, subject to checking availability by 23:00 the previous day, at different prices. There is no dedicated or partner parking. The basement is independently charged: ¥100 for thirty minutes, ¥250 for one hour, then ¥150 per additional hour, without a twenty-four-hour maximum.
Power inspection on February 13, 2027
A whole-building power inspection is scheduled for February 13, 2027, 12:00–17:00. All guests, including members, must check out by 11:00; check-in starts at 17:00. Breakfast becomes 6:00–9:30, final order 9:00, and the spa closes at 10:00 before reopening at 19:00. Luggage storage and parcel receipt are suspended. Stayover rooms receive only light cleaning, without normal cleaning or bed-making. Lighting, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, lifts, running water and toilets are unavailable during the outage. These date-specific arrangements replace the normal membership and spa schedules.
