Bellhill Kitanoda’s third-floor parking serves shopping and meals beside the station’s west side. It offers an initial free period and an overnight cap. Different parking floors serve different purposes, so distinguish the commercial third floor from the cultural centre’s sixth and seventh floors before entering.

Third-floor parking for shopping and meals
Bellhill Kitanoda stands west of Kitanoda Station on the Nankai Koya Line. Its third-floor commercial parking has around 200 spaces, serving a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and everyday shops. Parking vouchers depend on the store used rather than applying automatically to every visit. Sunplaza advertises one free hour with purchases of at least ¥1,000. Keep the receipt and arrange the relevant store service before paying for parking, particularly when combining several errands with a meal near the station.
30 free minutes and the overnight cap
The third-floor car park operates 24 hours. Parking is free for the first 30 minutes after entry, then charged at ¥150 for each 30 minutes. Between 20:00 and 09:00, the charge is capped at ¥700. This is a cap for the stated overnight band, rather than a 24-hour maximum including daytime. Use the initial free period for a quick purchase and arrival/departure times for a longer evening visit. Bring the parking ticket into the shops if planning to use their individual vouchers or validation services.
Vehicle dimensions and the cultural-centre floors
Third-floor vehicles must be no more than 2.1 metres high and 5.0 metres long; motorcycles cannot enter. Include roof equipment when checking actual height. The cultural centre directs its users to floors six and seven: its 60% discount does not apply to a car left on floor three. The cultural hall and Kitanoda Work Square are closed for air-conditioning works through September 2027, while the lifelong-learning facility remains open. These separate facility schedules do not define the operation of the commercial third-floor parking.
The station’s west side and approach roads
The address is 1084 Kitanoda, Higashi-ku, about one minute from Kitanoda Station’s west exit. By car, allow roughly five minutes from Fukuda junction on Route 310 or ten from Sugo junction on Route 309. Station streets also carry pedestrians, bicycles and drop-off traffic, so follow the facility’s parking entrance rather than waiting along the station approach. Bicycle and moped areas are separate from the third-floor car park, with their own hours and charges. Rail is also a straightforward option for a station-area visit without a car.
More places for a Sakai visit
Combine the port town’s central streets and historic shrines with suburban museums or parks, allowing for meal, hotel and parking hours.
