第2駐車場165台と公園内の移動
浜寺公園には番号の異なる駐車場があり、第2は普通車165台です。プール方面へ行く場合に便利な駐車場として案内されています。第1の570台や第3の165台と、第2の収容数を取り違えないようにします。第4・第5は泉北臨海緑地の区分です。春や秋の混雑期は満車になることがあり、入口では歩行者・自転車の安全を守る誘導や入庫制限が行われます。園内は歩いて移動するため、車を降りた後の目的地と帰り道も含めて区画を選びます。
短時間料金と3種類の24時間料金
普通車は1時間以内390円、2時間まで510円、3時間まで630円、4時間まで750円です。3～11月の平日は5時間870円、6時間990円、7時間1110円、7時間超～24時間以内は1230円。12～2月の平日は4時間を超え24時間以内が870円です。土日祝は8時間まで1230円、8時間超～24時間以内が1350円になります。入庫した曜日の料金を使うので、休日に入って翌平日に出る滞在でも、途中から平日料金へ切り替わる計算ではありません。
24時間利用、バスと減免の手続き
常設駐車場は24時間利用です。大型車はマイクロバスを含め4時間以内1050円、4時間超～24時間以内2100円ですが、誘導が必要なため事前に公園管理事務所と調整します。混雑する土日祝は受け入れできない場合があります。対象となる障害者手帳や受給者証を持つ本人が乗車する場合は駐車料金の免除制度があり、手帳またはミライロIDを提示します。出庫時に係員へ申し出、係員不在時はゲートのインターホンを使います。
進入経路と駅からの代替アクセス
所在地は堺市西区浜寺公園町。第2へは堺阪南線の和歌山方面から左折で入れます。大阪方面からは「浜寺公園駅前」を左折し、駅前ロータリーで北進転回した後に左折する経路が案内されています。近くに自由に転回できる交差点があるとは限りません。南海本線浜寺公園駅、阪堺線浜寺駅前電停は公園のすぐそばで、JR東羽衣駅からは北西へ約450メートル。休日の渋滞を避けたい時は、電車と徒歩で公園へ向かう方法も選べます。

Parking No. 2 is a permanent car park at the prefectural Hamadera Park in Nishi-ku. Its 165 ordinary-car spaces are convenient for the pool side of the grounds. Charges depend on season and entry day as well as elapsed time, so a short walk and a full-day outing have different costs.

165 spaces in No. 2 and walking within the park
The numbered parking areas serve different parts of the park. No. 2 has 165 ordinary-car spaces and is recommended for the pool area. Do not confuse this capacity with No. 1’s 570 spaces or No. 3’s 165; Nos. 4 and 5 belong to the Senboku coastal green space. Spring and autumn can bring full car parks. Staff may limit entry while protecting pedestrians and cyclists near the gates. Once parked, continue on foot, allowing for both the destination and the return walk.
Short-stay charges and three 24-hour tariffs
Ordinary cars cost ¥390 for up to one hour, ¥510 for two, ¥630 for three and ¥750 for four. March–November weekday charges rise to ¥870 at five hours, ¥990 at six, ¥1,110 at seven and ¥1,230 beyond seven through 24 hours. December–February weekdays cost ¥870 beyond four hours through 24 hours. Weekend/holiday parking costs ¥1,230 through eight hours and ¥1,350 beyond eight through 24. The entry-day tariff applies; a holiday arrival does not switch to weekday pricing simply because departure is the next weekday.
24-hour parking, buses and concessions
Permanent parking operates 24 hours. Large vehicles, including minibuses, cost ¥1,050 for up to four hours or ¥2,100 beyond four through 24, but require advance coordination with the park office because staff guidance is needed. Busy weekends and holidays may be unavailable. A qualifying certificate holder travelling in the vehicle can receive a parking exemption by presenting the certificate or Mirairo ID. Request the concession from staff when leaving, or use the gate intercom when no attendant is present.
Approach roads and the rail alternative
The car park is in Hamaderakoencho, Nishi-ku. From the Wakayama-bound side of the Sakai–Hannan road, turn left into No. 2. From the Osaka-bound direction, the signed approach turns left at Hamaderakoen-ekimae, turns northwards in the station roundabout and then enters left; do not rely on a nearby junction allowing a U-turn. Hamaderakoen Station and Hamadera-ekimae tram stop are beside the park, while Higashi-Hagoromo Station is about 450 metres southeast. Rail and walking offer an alternative when holiday roads are congested.
