Tonarie Toga-Mikita provides commercial parking for shopping and meals at the station in Minami-ku. Cars can use it 24 hours, with different initial free periods on weekdays and weekends/holidays. Bring the ticket inside for validation if using a participating store’s parking service.
At a glance
| Hours | Open 24 hours |
|---|---|
| Initial free time | Mon–Fri 15 min; weekends/holidays 30 min |
| Charges | ¥200 per 30 min; repeating ¥1,200 cap every 24 h |
| Store discounts | Bring the parking ticket for validation |
Parking for station-front meals and shopping
The mall is beside Toga-Mikita Station on the Nankai Semboku Line, on the Harayamadai side reached by turning right after the ticket gates. It is about a minute’s walk from the station. Car parking operates 24 hours, whereas the mall’s usual opening is 10:00–21:00, with exceptions among individual tenants. Being able to retrieve a car at night does not mean shops remain open at that time. Plan the shopping or meal and vehicle arrival/departure around their respective operating hours.
Free periods by day and a cap for each 24 hours
The initial free period is 15 minutes on Monday–Friday and 30 minutes on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The standard charge is ¥200 per 30 minutes, with a ¥1,200 maximum for each 24-hour period, applied repeatedly. This is a 24-hour rule rather than a calendar-day cap reset at midnight. Use the initial allowance for a short visit and the successive 24-hour periods for longer parking. The advertised two free hours for bicycles belong to bicycle parking and do not give cars a two-hour free stay.
Store services require parking-ticket validation
Take the parking ticket inside when using a store discount. Without validation recorded on the ticket, the discount cannot be applied; keeping a receipt alone does not automatically reduce the payment-machine charge. The mall incorporates accessible circulation, priority toilets on floors one and three, and a first-floor baby room with a changing bed and nursing corner. The disaster-prevention centre handles services such as wheelchair loans. Pets cannot accompany visitors inside the mall, while assistance dogs are permitted. These indoor-use conditions apply when leaving the car for the shops.
Approaching via Harayama-koen-kita junction
The address is 2-2-1 Harayamadai, Minami-ku. From Izumi-Chuo, head east on Senboku Route 1, take the side road, turn right at Minamisakai-keisatsusho-minami and left at Harayama-koen-kita. From Izumigaoka, travel west on Route 1, leave by the side road, turn left at Harayamadai 2-cho and then left at Harayama-koen-kita. The latter junction was formerly called Kindai-sakai-byoin-kita. The station-front location also suits rail arrivals; drivers should follow entrance signs and give priority to people walking around the shopping centre.
