カルチャーパークの駐車場は、ドリームランド、屋内子どもの遊び場、カルチャーセンターなどを使う来園者向けの大きな駐車施設です。市街地南側の安積町成田にあり、郡山南ICから短い車移動で向かえます。無料は施設を利用する人の駐車に対する条件で、別の場所へ移動するための一般無料駐車場としては扱いません。

六つの駐車区画と来園目的
第二駐車場498台、第四503台、第五593台など、第一～第五と宮前の六区画を合わせ最大2,000台です。当施設を利用する車は無料で駐車できます。遊園地だけでなく、カルチャーセンターや屋内遊び場に来る日にも使えます。所在地は安積町成田字東丸山61。広い敷地なので、利用する建物や遊び場と、停めた駐車区画の位置を合わせて覚えておくと帰りに移動しやすくなります。
駐車場の終了と月曜・年末の休場
駐車場の開場は8時30分～21時です。月曜は休場し、月曜が祝日の場合は翌日以降の平日が休み、年末年始は12月28日～1月4日です。郡山市内小学校の夏休み期間は休まず営業する例外があります。夜間も常時開放する駐車場ではないため、カルチャーセンターで遅い時間の利用をする日も、21時までの駐車時間に合わせて出発を組み立てます。
駐車無料と遊具の利用を分ける
駐車無料でも、ドリームランドの遊具やカルチャーセンターの有料設備は別の利用です。ドリームランドの通常時間は9時30分～16時30分、屋内子どもの遊び場は9～17時で、駐車場の21時までと同じではありません。2026年10月20～23日は一部遊具が安全点検のため時間帯ごとに休止します。施設は全面禁煙、火気使用は禁止で、ドリームランドにはペットを連れて入れません。
車の来園と別目的の駐車申請
郡山南ICから車で約五分です。施設を使わない車の駐車、場外の催事用の臨時駐車場、自動車展示会などは貸切等の別利用として扱い、利用六か月前～五日前に申請します。一般来園者向け無料駐車と同じ条件ではありません。バスで向かう場合、駅七番乗り場からカルチャーパーク終点の便は土日祝のみで、平日は太田東バス停を使うため、車で行く日とは来園経路が変わります。
郡山市で合わせて訪れる施設
駅前と文化施設のある市街地、西田の工房、温泉地や郊外の公園を、食事・入浴・駐車の利用時間に合わせて組み合わせられます。
Culture Park’s large parking areas serve visitors to Dreamland, the indoor children’s play space and Culture Centre. Located in Asaka-machi Narita south of central Koriyama, they are a short drive from Koriyama-Minami IC. Free parking applies to people using the facilities; it should not be treated as unrestricted free parking for trips elsewhere.

Six parking areas and facility use
Six areas—Lots 1–5 and Miyamae—provide up to 2,000 spaces, including 498 in Lot 2,503 in Lot 4 and 593 in Lot 5. Parking is free for people using the facilities, whether visiting the amusement park, Culture Centre or indoor play area. The address is 61 Higashimaruyama, Narita, Asaka-machi. Note the chosen lot as well as the destination building within this extensive site.
Parking closing times and closure days
Parking opens 08:30–21:00. Mondays are closed, shifting to the following weekday after a Monday holiday; the year-end closure is December 28–January 4. An exception keeps it open during Koriyama elementary schools’ summer holidays. The areas are not continuously open overnight, so even an evening Culture Centre visit should finish with the parking deadline in mind.
Separate parking from attraction use
Free parking does not include paid Dreamland rides or chargeable Culture Centre facilities. Dreamland normally runs 09:30–16:30 and the indoor children’s play area 09:00–17:00, both earlier than the 21:00 parking closure. Some rides stop in scheduled time slots for safety inspections October 20–23, 2026. The site is nonsmoking and prohibits fires; pets cannot enter Dreamland.
Driving and parking for other purposes
Koriyama-Minami IC is about five minutes away by car. Parking for vehicles whose users are not visiting the facilities, outside-event parking and car exhibitions are separate uses requiring application six months to five days beforehand. They do not share the ordinary free-visitor arrangement. The direct bus from station stand seven to Culture Park runs weekends and holidays only; weekday buses use Ota-Higashi, providing a different approach from a car visit.
