麓山サンサン駐車場は、歴史情報博物館、中央図書館、公会堂や公園などが集まる地区の立体駐車場です。公共施設を短時間利用する時は最初の二時間が無料で、長めの鑑賞や散策にも時間料金で使えます。入場できる時間と出場できる時間が異なり、夜の催しの帰りにも出場はできますが、新たな入場は23時までです。

麓山の公共施設を徒歩で巡る
所在地は麓山一丁目167-1で、中央図書館、中央公民館、郡山公会堂、21世紀記念公園や麓山公園、歴史情報博物館などの利用に組み合わせられます。568台の中にはおもいやり駐車場二台、障がい者等用六台があります。文化施設でイベントやコンサートがある日は入出場に時間がかかる場合があり、開演直前だけに到着を集中させない予定が役立ちます。
二時間無料と暦日上限
入場から二時間まで無料、その後30分ごと100円です。一日当たりの上限は24時まで1,000円で、翌日も反復します。日付が変わると次の日の料金が加わり、連続24時間ごとの上限ではありません。入場日から起算して三日を超える駐車はできません。定期券・時間券はなく、郡山駅西口市営駐車場の時間券やプリペイドカードも使えないため、別施設の券を持ち込まないよう分けます。
車幅、重量と入場の終了
普通・小型・軽自動車で、長さ5m以下、幅1.85m以下、高さ2.1m以下、重量2t以下が条件です。一階だけは2.5t以下まで対応します。二輪と側車付き二輪は利用できません。ルーフボックス等を含めた車高を合わせて判断します。入場は7時30分～23時、出場は24時間なので、夜に車を戻しておく予定でも23時以降の新たな入場はできません。
事前精算と手帳による無料手続き
キャッシュレス決済は事前精算機で対応し、出口ゲート精算機では未対応です。事前精算は帰る際に行い、券は出場完了まで保管します。身体障害者手帳、療育手帳、精神障害者保健福祉手帳の対象者は、対象施設窓口か23時30分までの駐車場管理室で手帳を示して無料手続きをします。介護同伴者一人も対象になるのは身体第一種、療育手帳、精神一級の場合です。

駅前と文化施設のある市街地、西田の工房、温泉地や郊外の公園を、食事・入浴・駐車の利用時間に合わせて組み合わせられます。
Hayama Sunsun Parking serves the district’s history museum, central library, public hall and parks. The first two hours support shorter visits, with paid parking for longer exhibitions or walks. Entry and exit hours differ: vehicles can leave after an evening event, but new arrivals must enter by 23:00. The location brings several cultural stops within one district.

A base for the Hayama cultural district
At 1-167-1 Hayama, the garage supports visits to the central library, community centre, public hall, 21 st Century Memorial Park, Hayama Park and history museum. Its 568 spaces include two consideration bays and six accessible bays. Events and concerts at nearby cultural facilities can slow entry and departure, so allow time before a scheduled performance rather than arriving immediately before it starts.
Two free hours and calendar-day caps
The first two hours are free, followed by ¥100 for each thirty minutes. The ¥1,000 daily cap ends at midnight and repeats on later dates; it is not a rolling twenty-four-hour cap. Parking cannot exceed three days counted from the entry date. There are no season or time tickets here, and the west-station municipal garage’s time tickets and prepaid cards are not valid at this separate facility.
Width, weight and entry deadline
Cars must be no more than 5 m long, 1.85 m wide, 2.1 m high and 2 tonnes. The ground floor alone permits up to 2.5 tonnes. Motorcycles, including sidecar combinations, are excluded. Count roof boxes and carriers within the height limit. Entry runs 07:30–23:00, whereas exit is available throughout the day and night; a late return cannot create a new entry after 23:00.
Advance payment and disability concessions
Cashless payment is available at the advance-payment machine, not the exit-gate machine. Pay when leaving and retain the ticket until departure is complete. Holders of physical-disability, rehabilitation or mental-disability certificates can request free-parking processing at an eligible facility counter or the parking office until 23:30. One accompanying carer also qualifies for physical category one, a rehabilitation certificate or mental-disability grade one.
