大安場史跡公園の駐車場は、古墳見学やガイダンス施設、遊び場への来園を支える二つの区画です。第二駐車場は冒険広場側、第一駐車場はガイダンス施設前にあり、閉まる時刻と休館日の扱いが異なります。秋から冬は公園を歩ける夕方の時間も短くなるため、車へ戻る時刻を先に決めて散策すると使いやすくなります。

ガイダンス施設前の第1駐車場
第一駐車場はガイダンス施設前で、8時30分～17時15分です。施設の休館日は駐車場も使えません。ガイダンス施設は9～17時、最終入場16時30分、月曜が休館で祝日の場合は翌日、年末年始は12月28日～1月4日です。公園自体の休園日なしという案内を、第一駐車場にも毎日入れる意味に広げず、建物見学の日は休館条件と組み合わせます。
冒険広場側の第2と季節の終了
第二駐車場は冒険広場側で、通常8時30分～19時、一〇月一日～二月末は8時30分～17時30分です。公園の開園時間に合わせて開錠と施錠を行います。十月の散歩は19時まで停められる春夏と同じ予定にせず、17時30分までに戻る形にします。二つの駐車場を合わせた収容数が普通車120台・バス七台で、それぞれに同数あるという数え方ではありません。
おもいやり枠と建物までの設備
おもいやり駐車場は第一に六台分、第二に四台分あります。第一からガイダンス施設受付までは点字ブロックがあり、館内で車いす二台を無料貸出しします。多目的トイレはガイダンス施設、体験広場、冒険広場の三か所で、おむつ交換台やベビーチェアも備えます。補助犬は同行でき、ガイダンス施設へ入る時は受付へ申し出ます。坂道のある古墳の散策と、建物内の見学を分けた使い方もできます。
国道49号線からの来場と園内散策
所在地は田村町大善寺字大安場160です。郡山ICから国道49号線をいわき方面へ約40分、郡山警察署交差点からは約十分です。古墳の斜面は階段など指定部分以外を登らず、設けられた通路で見学します。園内は禁煙でごみは持ち帰ります。団体でバスを使う場合も建物と駐車場それぞれの終了時刻を合わせ、日没近くに場内へ車を残す予定にしないよう利用します。
郡山市で合わせて訪れる施設
駅前と文化施設のある市街地、西田の工房、温泉地や郊外の公園を、食事・入浴・駐車の利用時間に合わせて組み合わせられます。
Oyasuba Historic Park has two parking areas serving the mounds, guidance centre and play areas. Lot 1 stands by the guidance building and Lot 2 by the adventure area. Their closing times and closure-day rules differ. Autumn and winter shorten the afternoon parking window, making it useful to decide when to return to the vehicle before setting off around the grounds.

Lot 1 beside the guidance centre
Lot 1 is by the guidance centre and opens 08:30–17:15. It is unavailable when that building is closed. The centre opens 09:00–17:00, final entry 16:30, and closes Mondays or the next day after a Monday holiday, plus December 28–January 4. The grounds’ lack of a regular closure day does not make Lot 1 available every day; match a building visit to its closure calendar.
Lot 2 and seasonal closing times
Lot 2 is on the adventure-area side, normally 08:30–19:00 but 08:30–17:30 from October 1 through the end of February. Gates open and lock with the specified period. An October walk therefore requires a return by 17:30 rather than the spring/summer 19:00 deadline. The 120-car and seven-bus capacity is the combined total of both lots, not the capacity of each one.
Consideration bays and accessible facilities
Six consideration bays are provided in Lot 1 and four in Lot 2. Tactile paving connects Lot 1 with the guidance-centre reception, where two wheelchairs are available for free loan. Accessible toilets in the guidance building, experience area and adventure area include changing and baby-seat facilities. Assistance dogs may accompany visitors; notify reception on entering the centre. A visit can focus on the building separately from the sloping mound paths.
Approach from Route 49 and walking the grounds
The address is 160 Oyasuba, Daizenji, Tamura-machi. Follow Route 49 toward Iwaki for about forty minutes from Koriyama IC, or ten from the Koriyama Police Station intersection. Use designated paths and stairs rather than climbing the archaeological mound slopes. The park is nonsmoking and rubbish must be taken away. Coach groups should fit building and parking schedules together and return before the gates lock.
