市営の郡山駅西口駐車場は、駅と中心街の間を徒歩で移動する日に使える立体駐車場です。三階からペデストリアンデッキで郡山駅へつながり、列車への乗り換えや駅前での食事、買い物をまとめられます。上限は入庫から24時間の単位ではなく日付ごとに変わるため、日帰りと夜をまたぐ駐車では料金の組み方が異なります。

駅へつながる三階デッキ
所在地は字東宿44-4で、三階から駅へ直結するデッキを歩くと約五分です。駐車場内にはエレベーター、多目的トイレ、点字ブロック、車いす利用者用区画やスロープを備えます。駅前の市営立体であって、ビッグアイ建物併設の駐車場ではありません。また、西口駅前広場の三台はおもいやり駐車場利用証の対象枠なので、一般の駅前駐車はこの立体などへ進みます。
時間料金と日付単位の上限
普通料金は8～21時が30分100円、21～翌8時が30分50円です。上限は入庫した日の24時まで最大1,000円、二日目以降は各日の24時まで最大800円。日付をまたぐと次の日の計算に移り、入庫から連続24時間ごとの一律上限ではありません。買い物や食事のサービス券を使う場合は対象店へ駐車券を示し、受け取った時間券を精算に使います。
入場可能な車と混雑の時間
小型・普通・軽自動車で、高さ2.1m以下、長さ5m以下、幅1.9m以下が対象で、二輪車は入りません。年中無休の24時間営業ですが、イベント時や金曜、土曜、日曜、祝日は満車傾向があります。七日以上継続して駐車する場合は、定期利用者を除き管理事務所へ継続駐車届を出します。新規の定期券販売は休止中で、観光の一時利用は時間料金で入場できます。
事前精算と店舗のサービス券
事前精算機は三階のデッキ出入口にあり、精算後15分間は料金が加算されません。駐車券は出庫にも使うので持ったまま車へ戻ります。モルティ、アティの対象店舗、うすい百貨店などでは購入等の条件に応じたサービスがあります。アティのヨドバシカメラは対象から除かれます。窓口での定期券等の購入に使えるキャッシュレス対応と、一般出庫時の支払いは同じ扱いとせず、受け取った券を精算時にそろえます。
郡山市で合わせて訪れる施設
駅前と文化施設のある市街地、西田の工房、温泉地や郊外の公園を、食事・入浴・駐車の利用時間に合わせて組み合わせられます。
The municipal west-side garage supports station transfers, central shopping and meals on foot. A pedestrian deck connects its third floor to Koriyama Station. The cap follows calendar days rather than a rolling twenty-four-hour period, so a daytime stop and a stay crossing midnight need different calculations. Its municipal identity also distinguishes it from other nearby garages.

The third-floor connection to the station
At 44-4 Higashijuku, the third-floor deck provides an approximately five-minute walk to the station. Facilities include lifts, accessible toilets, tactile paving, designated accessible bays and ramps. This municipal garage is separate from the car park attached to Big-i. The three west-forecourt spaces require an eligible consideration-parking permit; general drivers instead use this garage or another suitable public lot.
Time charges and midnight-based caps
The standard charge is ¥100 per thirty minutes between 08:00 and 21:00 and ¥50 per thirty minutes overnight. Parking is capped at ¥1,000 until midnight on the entry date, then ¥800 until midnight on each later date. Crossing midnight starts the next day’s calculation rather than another rolling twenty-four-hour block. At participating shops, present the ticket to receive any qualifying time vouchers for settlement.
Vehicle limits and busy periods
Eligible small, standard and kei cars must not exceed 2.1 m in height, 5 m in length or 1.9 m in width; motorcycles are excluded. The garage operates twenty-four hours throughout the year, but events, Fridays, weekends and holidays tend to fill it. Stays of seven days or more require a continued-parking notice, except for season-ticket users. New season-ticket sales are suspended; ordinary short stays remain available on time charges.
Advance payment and shopping vouchers
The advance-payment machine is at the third-floor deck entrance. No additional fee accrues for fifteen minutes after payment, but keep the ticket for departure. Participating premises include Molti, eligible Ati shops and Usui department store, subject to their purchase conditions; Ati’s Yodobashi Camera is excluded. Assemble the parking ticket and any vouchers before settlement. Cashless purchases of passes at the staffed counter are a separate service from ordinary departure payment.
