チェックイン15時30分、チェックアウト10時30分。所在地は駅前二丁目5-16で、郡山駅から徒歩一分です。専用駐車場はなく、北側隣接の郡山駅前駐車場を一泊一台800円で利用できます。ロック板式で到着順、予約はできません。駅前を徒歩で巡る日と、翌朝に郊外へ車で出る日では車の使い方が変わるため、到着から出発までの動きを宿と駐車場の条件に合わせられます。

Rooms for solo travellers and small parties
Choices range from 12-square-metre single-occupancy rooms to sofa doubles and rooms for two or three. Some 22-square-metre rooms have a bathroom with a washing area and separate toilet; a 27.4-square-metre multi-person room is also listed. Room categories distinguish smoking/nonsmoking choices from nonsmoking-only types. A women-only floor is available. All rooms use Simmons beds and have an air purifier, so select the exact category as well as the party size.
Free breakfast and collecting amenities
Guest breakfast is free in the second-floor lounge 06:30–09:30, with rice, bread and other items that may vary. Leave time after eating to prepare for the 10:30 checkout or train departure. Toothbrushes, razors, hairbrushes and body towels are collected as needed from the second-floor amenity corner. Slippers, roomwear, towels and bathroom toiletries remain in the rooms, so those two sets of items are provided differently.
Laundry and simple cooking during longer stays
Guests can use domestic washer-dryers and detergent without charge. Allow time for the drying cycle and share the machines with others. The longer-stay kitchenette includes an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, saucepan and small frying pan. Bring ingredients and seasonings, avoid deep-frying, and clean up afterwards. Station location and partner parking
Check-in is 15:30 and checkout 10:30. The address is 2-5-16 Ekimae, a one-minute walk from Koriyama Station. There is no dedicated hotel parking. The adjacent Koriyama Ekimae lot to the north costs ¥800 per car per night, using lock plates and first-come allocation without reservations. Fit arrival and departure around those arrangements, whether walking around the centre or driving out to suburban destinations the following morning.
