プラサ ヴェルデの駐車場は東西二つの立体からなり、催事利用者以外も使えます。合計605台ですが、上限料金の時間単位が東と西で違います。駐車券を発行しない車番認識方式なので、車を降りる際にナンバーを覚え、利用した側の事前精算機へ向かう手順です。駅周辺の移動や催事参加で選べます。

東西の台数と車両条件
西は159台で車椅子対応4台、東は446台で同10台です。高さ2.1m、幅2.5m、長さ5m、重量2.5tまで。24時間利用でき、駅北口から徒歩約3分の位置です。利用する会場や出発方向に合わせて東西を選べます。東はキラメッセ側、西はコンベンション施設側で、駐車後の歩行経路も変わります。一般の駐車のみの利用と、施設・催事を実際に利用する場合では時間料金が異なります。
最大料金の対象時間を比べる
一般利用は8～23時が30分100円、23～8時が60分100円です。西は24時間最大1,000円。一方、東は平日500円・土日祝1,000円ですが、当日の24時までの上限です。東を翌日までの24時間500円とは扱えません。短時間なら一般の日中2時間400円、3時間600円という計算から、東の平日上限が適用される利用では500円になります。日付をまたぐ予定かどうかで選び方が変わります。
利用者割引は会場のQR券で処理
プラサ ヴェルデ利用者は、8～23時は30分50円、夜60分50円の割引料金です。駐車場だけの利用は対象外で、各催事会場で駐車サービス券のQRコードを受け取り、精算時に処理します。最大料金は一般利用と同じ東西の区分です。隣接ホテルの宿泊券はまた別の扱いとなるため、会場利用の割引と混ぜないで利用できます。買い物や駅への駐車だけで、施設利用者料金が自動適用されることはありません。
車番精算と使える支払い
駐車券は出ず、事前精算機で車のナンバー4桁を入力します。出口精算機はないため乗車前に払い、東の車は東、西の車は西の機械を使います。カードや交通系IC、WAON、nanaco、楽天Edy、iD、QUICPay等に対応し、カードのタッチ決済と電子マネーのチャージはできません。キャッシュレス専用機では現金を使えません。精算場所を確かめてから車へ戻れば、出口での支払い直しを避けて出庫できます。

Plaza Verde’s east and west parking structures are available to general users as well as event visitors. Together they hold 605 cars, but their maximum charges use different time periods. A number-plate recognition system replaces tickets: remember the plate number when leaving the car, then use the payment machines on the same side before departure. The site suits both convention visits and journeys around the station.

East/west capacity and vehicle dimensions
West parking has 159 spaces including four accessible bays; east has 446 including ten. Vehicle limits are 2.1 m high, 2.5 m wide, 5 m long and 2.5 tonnes. Parking is available around the clock, about three minutes from the station’s north exit. Choose a side according to the destination: east serves the Kiramesse side and west the convention facilities, changing the walking route. The ordinary hourly tariff differs between parking-only customers and those actually attending or using the facilities.
Comparing the periods covered by each cap
General parking costs ¥100 per 30 minutes from 08:00 to 23:00, then ¥100 per hour. West has a ¥1,000 maximum for 24 hours. East instead caps charges at ¥500 on weekdays or ¥1,000 on weekends and holidays only until midnight that day; it is not a ¥500 rolling 24-hour offer. Two daytime hours ordinarily cost ¥400, while three reach ¥600 before a qualifying weekday east cap reduces that to ¥500. Crossing midnight therefore changes the comparison between the two sides.
Facility discounts need a QR service ticket
Plaza Verde users receive reduced time charges of ¥50 per 30 minutes from 08:00 to 23:00 and ¥50 per hour overnight. Parking-only visits are excluded. Collect a QR parking-service ticket at the relevant event venue and apply it during payment. The maximum charges retain the same east/west distinction as general use. The neighbouring hotel’s overnight arrangement is another separate product. Merely parking for shopping or the station does not automatically qualify a driver for the convention facility’s reduced hourly tariff.
Number-plate payment and methods
No parking ticket is issued. Enter the vehicle’s four-digit number at an advance-payment machine before returning to the car; there is no payment machine at the exit. East cars must use east machines and west cars west machines. Accepted methods include cards, transit IC, WAON, nanaco, Rakuten Edy, iD and QUICPay. Card contactless payment and electronic-money top-ups are unavailable. Cashless-only machines do not accept cash. Use the appropriate payment point before heading back to the vehicle and driving out.
