市営香貫駐車場の立体区画は、市役所周辺で用務や市街地の移動に使える299台の駐車場です。香貫駐車場には別の平面区画もありますが、ここでは立体区画を扱います。夜間に車を置ける料金と、実際に出し入れできる時間が別なので、夕方から翌朝の利用では両方を合わせて選べます。

立体区画の車両条件と料金
立体駐車場は299台で、普通車283台、軽自動車15台、車椅子マーク1台の構成です。高さ2.3m、長さ5m、幅2m、重量2tまでの車両が対象で、普通車・軽自動車以外は入れません。通常は1時間ごと100円。日中2時間なら200円、3時間なら300円が目安です。体育館側の平面区画は最初の1時間が200円となるため、同じ香貫駐車場でも入口と区画を選んで利用します。
宿泊730円と閉鎖時間
20時～翌9時の宿泊料金は730円です。ただし22時30分～翌7時は入出庫できません。夜間料金があっても、深夜に自由に車を取り出せる駐車場ではありません。朝7時前の出発や22時30分を過ぎる帰着には対応しないので、予定の到着・出発時刻から選べます。通常の昼間料金と宿泊料金の対象枠も異なります。宿泊先のチェックイン時間や翌朝の出発を決めてから、車を置く時間を合わせましょう。
公共施設利用と減免の手続き
市役所・総合体育館・文化センターの利用者は、駐車券を利用施設へ提示して処理を受けると、最初の1時間が免除されます。手続きが1時間を超えた市役所利用では用務先へ申し出る扱いです。また対象手帳、妊娠中の母子健康手帳、対象受給者証、要支援・要介護認定等による減免対象者とその介助利用は、最初の2時間が免除対象。本人確認できる証明の原本を提示し、自動で無料とはせず手続きを受けます。
左折で入出場する経路
立体と体育館側の平面駐車場は国道414号を北側から左折で入り、南側からの右折入場はできません。出場も左折です。市役所へは2階につながる歩道橋、または駐車場南側の横断歩道を使えます。出庫前に事前精算機を利用します。文化センター側の平面駐車場は別ルートなので混同しないよう入口を設定できます。市役所の用務と周辺の移動をまとめる場合も、歩く経路まで選んで利用できます。

Vehicle limits and regular charges
The structure has 299 spaces: 283 ordinary-car bays, 15 for kei cars and one wheelchair-marked bay. Vehicles must fit within 2.3 m height, 5 m length, 2 m width and two tonnes; only ordinary and kei cars may enter. The regular charge is ¥100 per hour, giving ¥200 for two daytime hours or ¥300 for three. The gym-side surface section instead charges ¥200 for its first hour, so choose the entrance and section rather than assuming every Kanuki area has identical pricing.
The overnight tariff and locked-access period
The 20:00–09:00 overnight tariff is ¥730, but entry and exit are unavailable from 22:30 until 07:00. The overnight rate therefore does not provide unrestricted late-night access. It will not suit a departure before 07:00 or a return after 22:30, making planned arrival and departure times central to the choice. The overnight period is also distinct from ordinary daytime charging. Set the hotel arrival time and following morning’s departure before deciding how the car will remain parked.
Municipal visits and validation
Visitors using City Hall, the municipal gym or cultural centre receive the first hour free after presenting the parking ticket at that facility for validation. If City Hall procedures take longer, raise the matter with the relevant office. Separate reductions cover qualifying disability documentation, maternity documentation during pregnancy, specified medical certificates and care-needs recognition, including use by an assisting driver carrying the eligible person. The first two hours are eligible for exemption. Present original identifying documentation and complete validation rather than assuming the charge disappears automatically.
Left-turn approaches and safe pedestrian routes
Approach the structure and gym-side surface parking from the north on Route 414 and turn left; right-turn entry from the south is not permitted. Departure is also left-turn only. To reach City Hall, use the pedestrian bridge connected to the second level or the crossing south of the car park. Pay at the advance-payment machine before departure. The cultural-centre surface area has a different approach, so set the intended entrance. Planning the pedestrian route as well as the drive helps when combining municipal business with nearby stops.
